Had a bit of a bumpy ride getting acceptable documents loaded when first applying for residency but once that was accomplished it was smooth sailing from there. Everyone is super friendly and easily answers all my questions.

The Palmer apartment homes community is a quiet and safe place to live. The apartment is spacious and is a good value for the price. The attached garage is convenient and adds to the safety of living here.
I really enjoy living in this apartment the design, amenities, and community are all wonderful. The only downside is that the neighbors, at least on my end, don’t care about quiet hours and often make noise late at night. It’s unfortunate, because everything else about this apartment is perfect, and without this issue, it would truly be an ideal place to live for the long term.
Place is amazing. Reasonably priced, feels very safe and management is amazing. Highly recommend and the community is amazing. The amenities blow me away especially with their cute market store for necessities or snacks if you may need something quick.
The amenities are always clean and the market is super useful! Also, the events held and surprise pop-ups are always so fun. The location is perfect.
The Palmer is a beautiful, modern community with great amenities and a convenient location in Round Rock. The pool, gym, and common areas are well kept, and the apartments feel spacious and stylish. Parking can get a little tricky at times, but overall it’s a great place to live!

Living here since December and I highly recommend moving to The Palmer. The apartments are new, and they respond fast to the requests in case you need maintenance. Excellent amenities including dogs park. Not noisy, the only noise was a bit of a construction, but nothing terrible and it is over tho... The service from the Staff is also outstanding, guys at the reception are always so friendly and available to help.
I really like it! The customer service has been absolutely excellent. Every time I’ve reached out with a question or needed assistance, they have been incredibly helpful, kind, and quick to respond. It’s not easy to find places where you feel truly valued as a customer, but here they make sure you are taken care of. I appreciate how professional and friendly the team is — they genuinely go the extra mile to make sure everything is right. It’s been a great experience overall, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others. Excellent service!

Moving process was smooth and quick thanks to the employees here! From touring different units to applying and then moving in was incredibly easy.
Overall good. The apartment walls are thin which causes a lot of noise from overhead apartments. Maintenance staff is excellent and timely. Pickleball court is great amenity.
Very nice, clean apartment complex. I like how secure it is. There’s a gate and the doors to the complex are locked. You can open these with your phone or another device they give you. Way better than other apartments with open access.
The service is amazing, all the community areas are always clean. I totally recommend The palmer. I everything works perfectly fine, the pool is always clean and the fetch delivery system works perfectly fine
Living here makes me feel at home. I really like all the amenities they are very clean which I love. I’ve had great times here. The Palmer is a great place to live!
Overall, it’s been a good experience living here. The staff is responsive and usually gets back to you pretty quickly when you have a question or need something. They recently added a Smart Market in the building, which has been really convenient for grabbing quick things without needing to leave the apartment area. They also put on small weekend events sometimes—like waffles in the morning or making holiday drinks
I have been here for almost a year and I have nothing but great things to say about living here. The staff and even the neighbours are all very friendly, I am very happy to have chosen the Palmer to live at.
Awesome customer support and great room preparation before move-in! The staff is really helpful and responsive. They have "Talk to the Resident" part on their website, where you can talk to residents and find out more about the place before arriving or choosing Parmer!
The amenities and staff are amazing. We had issues with our upstairs neighbors and management absolutely refused to do anything about it. We had many meetings and submitted many complaints with video evidence of outrageous noise (kids running around, adults stomping around, loud parties) and nothing was done about it.
Absolutely love the amenities and very calm and peaceful atmosphere. The move in was flawless and the staff were really helpful with ensuring all information necessary was readily available. I love it here and appreciate the quick response to any issues or concerns.

I've been very impressed with this community, which boasts advanced technology and robust security features. The management team is notably professional and accommodating, providing outstanding remote assistance during my move-in when the office was closed. Its prime location, with easy access to everyday essentials, makes it a highly desirable place to reside.
I must express my gratitude for the kindness and consideration shown by our neighbors. It is an honor to be in close proximity to our work and enjoy a panoramic view of the countryside. I have the pleasure of regularly visiting the swimming pool, gym or lounge area I am immensely pleased to have chosen our residence as a home.

My experience with The palmer apartments has been great so far, the process to get approval took a while, but after that everything went smooth. I think they these apartments are luxurious and spacious for a good price

I have lived here for over a year, since March 2024, and I have never had a better experience living anywhere. The staff is great, maintenance is quick and efficient; my requests have been minor, like smoke detector battery change or checking water pressure, both attended to immediately. I have two small dogs and they have so many things for dogs, a happy hour for them with treats for pups and parents, mobile grooming, and a big dog park where we have made so many friends. The community events are fun to attend and the pool is so lovely and refreshing. I really have felt like I live in luxury here. I could not recommend living here enough.

I have been living here for almost 3 months and I am more than happy and satisfied, I can't complain about anything at all. The place is new, with good maintenance, clean and an excellent distribution of the spaces. Fantastic amenities, pool hotel style, equipped and hygienic gym, and much more. We don't have pets at the moment but I consider the place pet friendly with even an area for the pets have fun. I also would recommend it for people who WFH since it has also co-working areas and mini offices. If you care about security I also consider this as very secure with all the necessary precautions in case of emergency. The buildings also have elevators and the service deserves 5 stars since the staff is very nice, educated, friendly and always accessible in case you need help with anything.
I’ve enjoyed living at the Palmer, the staff is always friendly and willing to help, and the community is safe and clean. Pricewise it’s worth the money, I would have never left if they had the space I needed.
I like my apartment, the pool, the games, everything is very nice. -The only thing that is very unpleasant is that I have very noisy neighbors every day at night they make a lot of noise. It's annoying.

Love the apartment. Love the capability of having the phone ap to control my AC and to access gates and doors throughout the community. Maintenance is great! Wish my neighbors were more considerate of their noise level.

Amenities are great. It’s a good location to connect to the road and get to work. The apartment includes refrigerated air. Washer and dryer are also included within the apartment without having to buy them. Great experience living here, just be prepared for a high rent.

I absolutely love my apartment! We’ve lived here since August 2024 and were the first residents to live in our unit. The units themselves are spacious, modern, and clean. They aren’t as spacious as some others and we have struggled a bit for creative storage solutions, but the amenities more than make up for it. The balconies are spacious, keyless entry to the apartment themselves, and the complex is by far the most secure I’ve lived in. We’ve had an amazing experience with management, maintenance is quick and efficient, and I do believe we will be resigning our lease if prices remain steady!

Living at the Palmer has been an amazing experience! I love the area and what is around. From the amenities to safety I can not recommend enough.
I love the apartment and all the amenities the dog park is really nice for me to take my dog to I love the view from my apartment I have a view of the pool area which is really nice also neighbors that I’ve met so far seem to be pretty nice people it’s a really clean quiet building and I love it here
