Property Ratings at The Palmer
The parking lot gate has been broken over a month and this is not the first time. This is a major safety issue and nothing is being done about it. I have seen several cars using the garage that don't live here, especially during games. I no longer feel safe here. I'm a single female and come in late from work some nights. I'm not sure who may be waiting in cars looking for an opportunity to Lord know what. I would think for the amount of rent we pay they could at least hire someone to parlor or stay at the gate until the issue is resolved. I noticed the police there due an auto theft or break in already. Not sure how much else has to happen for them to be accountable for our property and safety. Please do better Palmer staff.
My experience at The Palmer Parkside has been the best ever. The office staff and maintenance staff have been extremely helpful, quickly responsive on requests, and by far the most professional and friendliest staff. This is the first apartment I’ve lived in after owning a house for the past 15 years. I had many concerns about the decision to sell my home to experience city apartment living. However, the staff here have made that transition for me extremely easy and comforting. The many floor plan options and so many amenities offered here, at The Palmer Parkside, create a place for everyone. All of my neighbors (quickly turned new friends) here are super friendly and inviting, which certainly adds to a fantastic apartment living experience. I highly recommend The Palmer Parkside!
