We love the area and the apartment but the mailing room is very messy, there are noisy neighbors , walls seem to be very thin, the concierge is very absent and things are starting to break apart (like the back door). People bringing beer glass bottles to the pool, breaking them and not cleanning up after.I think with the cost of rent, the buiding could be a lot better and more high end than it really is.

Elevator issues. Dirty halls. Poor unreliable staff. My rent incessantly increases each month between 40-50 dollars with random fees. I cannot wait to move away

The staff was absolutely amazing, but the apartment was not professionally cleaned, it has black spots in the showers and the space between tiles is filthy. The washer smelled and the laundry door was detached. We spotted a few cockroaches and the wall at the entrance had big paint scratches. Some walls also have dark liquid drops.

The community is great and the leasing staff is very helpful. The only issues, really, are the elevators which constantly break down, and sometimes the A/C in the hallways do not work properly. But the units and amenities are great, appliances are really good, and the location is very convenient.

The building is excellent, but the management needs a lot of improvement. Many people do not follow the policies and guidelines of the community, and property management doesn't care. We have sent several emails about issues such as the tailgating in the parking lot, the dirty common areas, the smell of cigarettes and marijuana, and the presence of record cameras in some apartment front doors, which goes against the privacy policy. It is a great location, but if the management doesn't handle these issues properly, the community will continue to be a big mess. We deserve better for the amount of rent we pay

Excelente todo, el apartamento me encanta tiene buenos espacios pero atiendan el Teléfono por favor. Los closets son mis favoritos sin duda.

It seems like a good community to me, however certain details still need to be corrected to optimize the stay. There is no 24-hour concierge, it has happened to me that I have ordered delivery and I have lost it because no one is in the lobby. Also be stricter with people who have pets that do not comply with the regulations. The staff they are hiring lately is quite hostile

Really enjoy living there. Close to everything! Love the downtown atmosphere and night life. Front desk employees are so helpful. They have a great attitude!

Everything is nice but the elevators can be better. Also the concierge is frequently absent and the administration people must be more friendly and gentle

Amazing clean place, best apartment I’ve moved into in my life. Love the amenities and how accommodating the concierge and leasing office is. Would definitely recommend
