Contrary to popular belief, Wake Forest is not the home of Wake Forest University (at least, not since 1956). It is, however, a charming southern town with a consistently growing population, positioned roughly forty minutes northeast of Raleigh. The vibrant downtown district is a beautiful environment of unique shops, art galleries, and cafes in wonderfully preserved historic buildings.
The sports complex known as the Factory features everything from playgrounds for young children to ice rinks to indoor soccer. Residents enjoy the benefits of excellent schools, a low crime rate, an attractive atmosphere, and convenient amenities (several large shopping centers can be found along Highway 1). With Raleigh and Durham close by, it’s also easy to reach the bigger cities for work or leisure.

Management can be unresponsive to complaints. Neighbors are loud and disrespectful. Residents don’t pick up after their dogs even if a dog station is less than 10 feet away. Trash/litter has become a problem. For a nonsmoking community, I see a lot of cigarette butts. Only positives: maintenance is responsive and the apartments are near many things.

We’ve lived at Pace for 18 months. We sold our home, and took the leap to apartment life. The Pace at Holding Village has been a wonderful place to live. The staff is always very friendly, and the environment is bright and comfortable. On the few occasions when we have issues - the maintenance team in very responsive, respectful, knowledgeable and thorough. Occasionally, there are events hosted by Pace, which are nice opportunities to interact with other tenants. I would - and have- absolutely recommend Pace if you’re planning of apartment living.

Living at Pace has been a great experience! From the staff to the amenities, lake, pool, 4th floor activity room, fire pit, pizza oven and grill, well lit parking and breezeway, is an all inclusive place to live. I travel an hour back and forth to work daily.

These apartments are not as luxurious as they were advertised online. They are extremely noisy, poorly constructed, and have inconsiderate neighbors. I've encountered over 30 maintenance issues. When I submitted complaints, the management often did not respond or simply ignored them. The only positive aspect is that the maintenance team is professional and polite. I recommend looking around first, as the noise level is excessive unless you’re on the third floor, which might be better, especially in the main building. Make sure to explore your options before signing a lease here.

I love the openness of the floor plan I have. I love the big bathrooms, especially the walk in shower in the master bath. I love that come fall I have the ability to open my windows and they are screened.

The Pace is a very quiet, peaceful and clean community. It's a great place to take evening walks and lay out on the hammocks. There are always fun events planned. The staff is super friendly. I love that the location is right in the center of everything.

I don’t consider this property luxury. It’s deceiving when you see the clubhouse, pool but it’s like many other apartment complexes. People that live here don’t pick up after their dog, there is poop everywhere and trash. My place was new but I had over 20 repairs in 5 months. These are made very cheaply. You can hear everything and I have an elephant above me stomping around. You don’t have a designated parking space so if someone has a guest or many guests you have to park farther away. I was lied to a lot prior to moving in by my agent Taylor. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. A lot of money for nothing. You pay for the amenities, trash service etc..

We have been working with our residents as well as the home owners in greater Holding Village to help us keep our community clean by picking up after their furry friends! I'm sorry to hear you have had to have maintenance come into your home a few times. With new construction, some of these kinks have to be worked out as they are brand new homes and most are being occupied for the first time. We love living at the Pace at Holding Village. Extremely neat and clean both indoors and in the Courtyard and other outer areas. Very quiet. Maintenance done day of or next day if sent after hours.

Apartment had rust water in the shower, the sprinkler head in the closet was leaking and wet my clothes, neighbors are loud walls are super thin and the ceiling/floor between floors are thin. I complained multiple times about constant stomping and dog barking nonstop on the balcony above mine nothing is done about it. Do yourself a favor spend your money else where. They are new and just trying to fill up, apartments not well put together. They are constantly still working on apartments while still leasing out apartments and always sending out emails about moving your car for something to get worked on or an elevator or something is being worked on. If you looking for “Quiet Enjoyment “ this is not the place. And they expect you to pay a lump of money for termination when they’re the one that rented me a apartment with rust water.

My entire experience of leasing was extremely fast, clear, and couldn’t have been better! The community is beautiful and quite friendly! I’ve only been moved in for about 2 weeks and I am extremely happy with everything and look forward to the rest of my time here! Amazing community all around!

I'm very happy to call The Pace at Holding Village my new Home! Everyone is so nice and welcoming. The leasing staff have all been very helpful and professional. Izabelle is amazing! she has answered so many of my questions and helped with concerns every time with a smile. I can't say Thank You enough! The apartment homes feel more like condos. The community is very well kept, and everything needed for daily activates are a very close commute.
