My experience has been great one of the best communities I've been apart of. The staff is very helpful for any of your needs. Very easy application and move in process. Maintenance is always done in a timely matter.

Super quiet and everyone is friendly. My favorite thing is the pool, clubhouse and the food trucks! The office managers are super helpful and maintenance comes almost on demand

This community is great. It is very quiet here and not to many disturbance in the area. When you looking for a good spot to raise kids at where they can be safe this is a good place

It was Good! Leasing was a smooth process. The apartment complex is very nice and comfortable. Great price and great condition! I like the amenities and the appliances.

I have been a resident here for nearly a year now, the grounds are well managed, the staff is beautiful they are very helpful. The pool is a great pass time for families they love it. Pet friendly, they even have a pet spa, where you can bathe your fur babies. It is very safe they have campus patrolman who lives here. I’ve never had a problem. I would highly recommend living here especially for families

Loved it so far! Facilities are always clean and well-maintained. I appreciate the attention to landscaping and pest control. Staff is super communicative.

The apartment complex is lovely, very quiet, with prompt maintenance response, responsive management, and a friendly, knowledgeable lease agent, featuring a modern apartment design.

There are no speed bumps or speed posted on property which is an accident waiting to happen. Not enough parking it's like ppl never leave home. Not sure if there are security cameras around property but I have not seen any if they do t they need them.

Great community to live in the office staff are so helpful. The maintenance crew had always helped and got things fixed when it was broke 10/10 to live

The people in the office are wonderful. They are always friendly and helpful. Swimming pool is a great oasis. Apartment is great with granite countertops and washer/dryer in unit.

I love living here I have signed a lease for the third time. It’s clean, quiet and safe. Great friendly staff. The grounds are well kept. Maintenance is always prompt when needed.

Robin and Jerrica were very helpful and Kind. They made my move as easy. The apartment exceeded my expectations. I had a few issues, but they fixed right away. I highly recommend.

I recently moved in this month and I can say the whole team at Ovilla has been very supportive and helpful. They care about the residents here. They really keep up with the cleanliness of the property and maintenance has been quick and reliable as well. Great community always kept clean and the maintenance department is very quick to take care of the problems. The clubhouse is great free coffee, hot chocolate, and lattes playing pool everything is just great and also very quiet community

Love living here. I love the front office staff. I’m always greeted with a warm welcome and a smile. Everyone is always so nice and knowledgeable. Everyone is so easy to work with.The grounds are well kept.?Service request and staff are always handled in a timely manner, as a matter of fact they are always handled really quickly. I just wish there were more control over the pool use after hours, and the noise levels at the pool.

The Ovilla made it extremely easy to get started with our needs at the complex! We were out of state and needed a place asap and their team made it happen within a couple of days. Much gratitude.

I love the Community, it’s quiet and pet friendly. The staff in the office are very friendly and attentive to your needs. There is a very beautiful resort style pool for the family to hang out on warm days. The Nieghbors are very friendly and watch out for one another. I have had a great experience since choosing the Ovilla’s as my home

No complaints , at least nothing major anyway. Only concern is the parking , if you are not home before 6 you can forget it. Other than that nice community.

Apartment managers are accommodating and super sweet. Area is super quiet and always kept clean. Will definitely be renewing my lease here. The pool and the gym are my favorite amenities

My experience is decent it’s a quiet area. The front office knows their tenants. I can’t wait to use the pool area this summer it is so beautiful.

Love the staff, and enjoying the property. They are always trying new things on property and are close to the movie theater. A wins a win lol.

The Ovilla is a very nice community! It is pretty quiet most of the time. The other residents are friendly. Staff is also friendly and helpful.

Maintenance is always done in a timely manner. Everyone on the maintenance team is always very respectful, responsive, patient, and aware of what their doing and their surroundings.

These apartments are affordable with very good amenities. The office personal are professional and personable. Come join the community! It is a great place to live.

Don’t like the extra service fees the charge for water. Also you are limited who can come over. Limited on a lot of things. Also will not be renewing my lease.

Nice apartments. Only complaint is parking , not enough spaces. Quick response on service requests. Love the location and community. Easy access to everything.

I've been living at The Ovilla for a year and have had a great experience so far. The apartments are spacious and well-maintained, with modern amenities like stainless steel appliances and hardwood floors.

I have been living at these apartments for almost two years and in the same building. Amazing experience I must say. I wanted to switch building but remind you I have to get another garage and some of them are not always available because of the needs of other residents. I love living over here and I plan not to move any time soon!!

I like the property, and it’s very quiet most days. However, we have had some packages stolen. It’s quite upsetting and there doesn’t seem to be anything you can do to stop it.

Ovilla is the perfect community for me and my children. We feel safe. The staff is professional and friendly! Couldn’t be happier to live here !

My experience since moving in has been wonderful. I am glad I decided to move here. The front staff Robin and Kim are very professional and seem to care about the people living in the complex.

The Apartments are a great place to live, and the staff is the best ever. Being by B&B Theater is great. The people in the community are great as well and friendly and watch out for one another. The ground and facilities are kept up nice and clean. I'm thankful that God has blessed me and my family to be here.

I have been here two years and it’s excellent so far. They keep the apartments clean and everybody is so nice. They’re always trying to find ways to make the apartments better.
