Property Ratings at The Overlook
I live in one of the studio apartments. Overall, I’m really pleased with the apartment. There is a beautiful view of the lake. I like the historical architecture of the building. The building and the grounds are well maintained. I like the intercom-buzzer security entrance system. The common-area laundry room is clean and convenient. If you don’t mind walking up the three flights of stairs (there is no elevator), this might be the place for you! This is a peaceful and simple apartment building with a spectacular lake view. I feel happy, safe, and at home here.
