The rent is way too high for what you get. It needs upgrades to appliances, lighting, bathrooms. Cupboards, etc. Pretty much everything. They aren’t terrible, but very outdated and break down a lot. The staff is pretty good.

The move has been a wonderful experience. The only issue we had the dish washer not working but maintenance came straight out and got it fixed. Coming from another complex that will just complete tickets without doing anything, this honestly felt nice to have a team we can rely on.

I love my cute little apartment. When I had maintenance issues staff was right on it and fixing the repairs. staff are always outside cleaning up the grounds
Nice and peaceful place to live. I have lived here for three years and I love it. Staff is attentive and nice. The community is nice and clean.
I really like it here. The management team and maintenance crew are great. Location, location, location! The pool area is beautiful! Clean and kept up. I wish the breezeways were cleaner and some need re-painted.

Very well taken care of and very lit up and safe easy access for parking and great space for your dog. Have found everyone nice and it is back in a quiet area but close to everything.

The only thing I don't like is the limited amount of parking for my building. I feel there are too many "reserved" spaces. This makes parking in the evening difficult.

The apartment itself is great. They keep the grounds decently clean. The only issue we’ve had so far is that the internet you pay for, is not very good. Ours keeps cutting on and off and have had to call spectrum multiple times to come out. Also, the phone service here gets really low so you can’t switch to your data to run something that you need internet for.

The management is good, very accommodating. The maintenance has not been ideal, but the management does their best to provide the best service. The rooms are clean and spacious with a good layout. The area is nice as well.

The office staff is really amazing and so are the maintenance guys. They are willing to listen and care about their residents. Time and again they have proven to hear feedback and act on it. Overall I love the community! Very quiet and cozy even though we are so close to a main road. Occasional noise from the neighbors, but overall I love the area and being so close to grocery stores and any other store I could possibly think of.

So far so good!nice and quiet! Residents are very pleasant and the area is nice. I would recommend this place of Residence to anybody. Front office staff has improved as well

Great apartments, with very friendly staff. Maintenance has always responded quickly. The location is conveniently located around a lot of stores, all within walking distance.

Been here over 2 years and no up grades like some of the other apartments. I still have old appliances and old cabinets and carpet floors. Property maintenance take forever to fix things.
