The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Outlook at 1000 Oaks
Pros: OVERALL PLEASANT LIVING EXPERIENCE -newer build, meaning new finishings -very quiet neighborhood! -the on-site property manager is friendly. she put on apartment-wide events Cons: BUDGET AHEAD (whether you stay or move) -they increased rent about 10% annually at lease signing. I ultimately decided to move and later saw they posted my unit at a lower price than what they asked me to resign--odd, because they even asked me to reconsider moving -they charged exorbitant cleaning fees, even for what looked like new construction sawdust left behind the fridge and oven
They raised the rent over 10% on us, then after we left, lowered back to what is was for our last term. We tried to get them to to negotiate, but they refused
We love this community! So great to deal with management that truly cares about their residents more than just collecting the money. Jill the property manager is AWESOME!!! Very down to earth, not snobs. We recommend The Outlook to everyone
The property manager has been amazing at every turn! She has made moving cross-country as smooth as possible, and I highly recommend this property for other long-distance movers.
Toured the apartment, looks amazing – spacious with great appliances and built well! Jill the Property Manager was amazing! I will be applying for an apartment
