Literally do not rent form here is AWFUL There always shutting off water because they have pluming issues ALL THE TIME, they switch new management all the time , they don’t take care maintenance issues at all , had to wait 5 days to have my kitchen sink fixed, and now my freaking heater dose not work , i swear if it’s not one issue it’s another and like the front office people do not care what so ever , who ever this Brianna is not doing her job has an assistant manager , absolutely awful do not rent here

Leaving a one star is way too much!! The air is run with chiller system and is broken every other day. They control the A/C and Heater. There’s always something wrong with there plumbing. So that affects the A/C. During the summer is a living hell. I moved from Texas to phoenix about a year ago. And living at Amara during the summer was hell. My apartment A/C was never working temperature was over 85 and cooking made it worse would go up to 94 degrees. Office NEVER answers the phone even when they’re in the office let alone be there. You make maintenance orders and they take forever. I made so many maintenance orders for my A/C and got to the point where they never answered anymore. And they did not want to move me with my little girl to a different unit. Before leaving late July neighbors were complaining about having bedbugs. Recommend looking elsewhere. Not what i wanted to experience with my daughter.

I rented here for 1.5 years. It is in a nice location close enough to stores and restaurants but slightly tucked away. When I moved in, flooring, appliances, and fixtures were new. Interior color scheme is attractive (earth tones and stainless steel fixtures). I don’t care for chiller systems in general but they kept it maintained and it was nice and cool during hot months. It was a little uncomfortable the weeks before and after it switched from heating to cooling but that is to be expected. I found the office staff to be friendly. Any repair issues (which were very few) were promptly dealt with by maintenance. I recommend.

I've lived here 2 years. The management team they have now is amazing. The renovations are awesome.

This place looks amazing compared to what it looked like before when I lived here. They have really improved this property and makes the area look so much better. The office staff was so nice and I thought it showed the manager Andrea cared because when we toured she stopped to pick up some trash that was dropped. I move in this weekend I’ll let you know how it goes!

Last week I had a minor maintenance problem which would have resulted in a major discomfort for me. It was almost closing time when I discovered it. I reported it to the office. They called a maintenance person at home to solve my problem. The short story, within 20 minutes, my problem was solved. I have read a lot of negative reports about this place and history will probably verify most of them. I have been here 9 months now and the staff have been professional, courteous, and they got things done to improve the place. in my opinion, this place is worth your consideration.

When we moved here a few months ago, we were having a hard time finding a place to go but this place was very easy to get into. It took only one week to get approved and they are very family friendly. A lot of kids running around all day but very polite and not bothersome. The price of the tent also includes utilities, so that isn't a worry. All in all I like living here, especially since they maintain everything and fix everything so fast.
