Great place to rent. Rooms are beautiful, amenities are unheard of. Clean , friendly, lots to do and residents are great as well. Shout out to Holly, she is crazy helpful.

I moved here with my husband, who is now deceased, because he felt safe here. I continue here for that reason and for the friendly, helpful management. The other residents are also friendly and welcoming.

Love my apartment but dealing with maintenance issues have been a real problem. I was without my washing machine for 17 days and once again had to go to the office to get any resolution. Writing it up online takes forever. Now I’ve been without my dishwasher for nine days and again I had to go to the office twice to get a resolution to my issue. Very frustrating

No people don’t clean up after their pets or keep their pets own a leash

I already tell people it's great, but you have to wait FOREVER for any maintenance even if it's important. MAINTENANCE is honestly awful, I don't even call or ask for maintenance anymore, everything else...truly wonderful.

We like the security and sense of community at The Orchards. It's a very nice facility with lots of things to do not only at the location but in the surrounding area. The nearby restaurants and shopping are a huge plus.

We have lived at Orchard Market Plaza for a little over three years. Management changes have occurred. Some good, some not so good. Our current manager Megan is great, responsive and proactive. The best part of living here is the neighbors. Come down to a Wine Down Wednesday and meet our life style coordinator and lots of great neighbors. You will also often hear some great music and get a little dancing in with Tom the Music Man. The amenities and activities are wonderful.

This is a very active community and if you are totally retired a great place to call home. The management now seems to hear complaints and handles them accordingly. Megan and Holly are very resourceful and listen to all. Trina is wonderful and the right person to greet newcomers.

We looked at multiple apartment facilities before selecting The Orchards Market Plaza. We were delighted with the apartment we selected. The tour we received was complete. What we did not expect was the experience of community we found here. I am impressed with the management team and appreciate their service. We are completely satisfied and would recommend OMP to anyone seeking a 55 residence. And we have recommended OMP to several of our friends.

I love this place from the day Mr Trinidad took me around before signing the lease. It is everything I want in rental apartment for more matured folks (shy of using seniors because there are some here that are below 60 years. The serenity and security are unmatched. You can hardly get the sense of community that I have seen here since my about 8 months stay elsewhere. Complimentary breakfast is served Mondays to Thursday and social events are often held for residents. But please note that the complex is not an assisted living facility but simply a luxury home for seniors.
