Dont rent here

Hi my name is tristan im a disabled us army veteran.. and i currently live here … you can hear everything through the walls … i mean every single thing… do not rent here . Babies crying, people getting it on , tvs loud and clear ,phone conversations , music and also every single step above you … i repeat avoid this place like its a pandemic zone if you like sleep … dont waste your money .. they dont do anything about the noise except a blast email. And on top of this when i went in to complain The guy in the office working the desk also had an attitude …

Roaches

Absolutely zero reason we should be finding a roach in our apartment when we've only been here 6 months. We keep our apartment extremely clean and tidy. And have never had this issue anywhere else so it has to be coming from a neighbor or someone below us. Weve seen the pest control van out here now on multiple occasions probably treating other units. Also it smells like weed often in our apartment from neighbors. So keep that in mind when looking at these apartments! New doesn't always mean better.
