Property Ratings at The Orchard Apartments
Very nice apartments and really enjoyed them my first year living here but things changed when I got new neighbors. They party all the time and had to call management 5 times before they did anything and the other neighbors around them were complaining too. Then I could smell their weed in my apartment and that was taken care but now it is happening again and management won’t call me back or do anything. Very disappointing since I really did enjoy living here. I would advise not living here.

Thank you for being a resident of The Orchard. We take our residents’ concerns very seriously and have investigated your statement. Please call our office or stop in so we can discuss our findings.
The office staff is rude. The walls are paper thin and the condos are very cheaply made, but very expensive to rent. No storage at all. No place for dogs to go to the bathroom and once they have gone, no disposal, but pet fees are expensive. Hated living there. Do not recommend living here.
