As one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Tacoma wrapped around a stunning historic high school, the Stadium District features lush hills, Victorian architecture, and stunning views of the bay. Stand on the sidewalk along North Stadium Way between the Washington State Historical Society building and the landmark Stadium High School and gaze out over the water. Then glance down -- the Stadium Bowl offers fantastic views of Commencement Bay and Puget Sound and is considered one of the best high school football stadiums in the country (you may have trouble focusing on the game, the view is so amazing).
The Stadium District is near Downtown Tacoma and is considered a business district. Here, you'll discover a variety of restaurants and shops, grocery stores and banks, coffee shops and corner bakeries. The district hosts several festivals and events, such as the Dickens Holiday Festival in December.

Property Ratings at The Olympic Apartments
I have been a resident here for 8 month months at this time. Manager Peggy and office staff Brittany are professional, friendly and accommodating. They are always available to help and answer questions. I had to call for maintenance assistance once in the evening and Peggy showed up with a smile on her face. The building itself is charming and very clean, full size laundry room (very clean) and electronic parcel lockers are available to all residents, along with lot parking. Currently in a studio unit with all the beautiful details like crown moldings throughout, wood floors, claw foot tub, eat in kitchen with full size refrigerator, a closet and walk in closet/storage. The location is fantastic being next to beautiful Wright park and easy access to the freeways, stores and restaurants. Really my only complaint is lack of venting in both the bathroom and kitchen. It takes some creativity with use of opening windows and dehumidifiers. With that said, I look forward to staying awhile.
The Olympic is an very comfortable apartment complex that is clean and welcoming. The staff are always prompt and eager to help whenever needed.
