Property Ratings at The Oliver Chamblee
I've been living here for the past 2 years, and I cannot complain. The staff is super helpful and polite. Maintenance requests are usuallg solved within the same day unless it is a matter that needs to be coordinated with off-site vendors. The location is super convenient, a block away from the MARTA metro, lots of local restaurants within walking distance, supermarkets, hardware stores, gas stations, and less than 30 mins from downtown. The apartments are comfortable and have a good layout. The noise level is super reasonable, I usually cannot hear noises coming from neighbor apartments, and when I do, it is nothing disruptive and never within the quite hours of the night time. Also, there are frequent activities to promote socializing between the neighbors. I look forward to continue living there for the foreseeable future.
We love the apartment overall! No noise issues from neighbors, hallways are clean, leasing agents are kind, and community events are done regularly. My only complaint is that the breaker trips very easily in this apartment. I'm not one to leave my lights on or appliances plugged in, but the breaker tripped twice in two months of living here.

I'm happy with how easy it is to live here. I can do simple shopping at Walmart. H Mart is also nearby, and I visit Costco every week. The Mexican restaurant next door is also very reasonably priced. The walking paths are wonderful. I never get bored of the train trail.

I've really enjoyed my experience here. We love our apartment, the location within the neighborhood, the amenities, pretty much everything. We love our balcony, being over Rojo, and being able to walk the Rail Trail. We plan to stay here until we are ready to purchase a house.

So far so good! Everything including the Den always seems to be so clean and organized for the tenants. There is no mess anywhere. You can tell people work hard to keep it in tip top shape!

I have shared my experience previously when I had been here for several weeks, and then after several months. I've already been here for over a month and can honestly said that I have made a great choice in moving into this apartment complex. It offers covered parking, which is a plus for bad weather days, it's close to supermarkets, restaurants, shops, gas stations, a metro station, pharmacies, urgent care locations, and many types of business to supply for every day needs. Easy access to major interstates and tourist and entertainment areas, and with the metro nearby, it's a breeze to go to the airport with no traffic issues and no added cost for airport parking. I hope to stay here for a good while. The area is great for all my needs and the administration is friendly, and maintenance issues are addressed almost immediately.

Love it here. Quiet, well maintained, responsive administration, no issues with smells, trash or smoking, covered parking for residents, and superb location. It is a block away from a MARTA station (super convenient for downtown visits or trips to the airport), close to independent restaurants, a small businesses, as well as different shopping malls with chain stores and various supermarkets.

The whole process from applying to moving in and getting settled has been very enjoyable. This is a very clean apartment complex with luxury amenities and a great location. Our apartment was very clean upon move in with only a couple of minor blemishes. Excited to continue living here!

Renter Beware! Lived here for over a year and the maintenance is horrible on this property especially due to the guidance of the new Community Manager. Black Mold in the hallways leading to the parking garage to unfulfilled requests in emergency situations. Hallways filled with trash to where you have to ask them to clean it. Sinks and showers back up all the time. This place has a pretty common area but the rest is smoke and mirrors. Used to be able to get things done and have truly nice people but with the new manager that has changed and nobody cares anymore.

Great experience here at the Oliver. While many of the residents here are younger, we enjoy the community, well kept facilities, respectful neighbors and there are always things going on if you choose to participate. Great amenities at the complex, walking distance to restaurants and pubs in downtown Chamblee, easy access to I-85 and I-285. Minutes from shopping and resteraunts in Buckhead. Very easy to connect virtually and in person! Highly recommended by one who has lived all over the country in many nice areas.

Common space is trendy and cute, apartments are small but cute and simple. Modern tech inside. Staff has been the detractor, hopefully the presence of this new property manager will invite more professionalism amongst the leasing agents and more fair and fun community interaction.

Location for Marta, 85, 400, downtown, great! Apartment walls and floors are extremely thin. Many restless nights due to neighbors music, walking even phone conversations! I spend more nights on my sofa than my bed lately due to this.
