If your looking for a great apartment complex then look no further! The grounds are kept clean with lots of amenities, the staff is very helpful if there is a need they're just a phone call away. I'm glad we chose Oasis where your treated like family!!!
Loving this property!! Nermina is the leasing agent that helped my boyfriend and I solidify a rental at this gem of a complex and we are so happy she did! She fought for us through the whole process and gave us exactly what we were looking for. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. She is AWESOME, and this property is as wonderful and beautiful as it looks online. Amenities are amazing, staff is so friendly and helpful, and the unit itself had no surprises on move in day. When you call, ask for Nermina!! She will be such a huge help (but if she's off on that day, everyone there has been so great as well)!
This apartment complex was great. Now the is loud music no security, people without wrist bands for pool so everyone is coming in to party. Dogs barking all hours smoking in building. There are no events going on. For the price they are charging it is far from a luxury apartment complex. Many people have complained to no avail.Security only show up at 8 t night t. They not ant other time. It seems that the company running the building does not care. It is a shame that it has gone downhill so quick. So if you are looking for a luxury apartment this is not the one for you
If you are looking for your next apartment: look NO further! I moved to Jacksonville over the summer and toured all kinds of other apartments. The amenities and apartments themselves here are above all else. Keyless entry, smart home, valet trash, hardwood floors throughout, all samsung appliances to name a few.. seriously perfect! Every single person in the leasing office is SO nice, professional, and truly devoted to making sure you have a great experience here. Maintenance always comes in a timely fashion. The location is PERFECT. Right beside town center and right next to the interstate, all while being secluded behind TopGolf. I just took a job in Georgia and will be moving - and probably the only thing I will miss about Jacksonville is my apartment at The Oasis!!
Best apartment I have ever lived in! I was a little hesitant in thinking all of my stuff wouldn’t fit but I was so wrong. The space is perfect! We live the location and amenities. We have also recommended others to live her and they chose this place also! The whole staff team is amazing. I have nothing but amazing things to say!
