There is nothing this complex won’t do to make you feel comfortable and at home. I love my apartment and it looked brand new when I walked in I was amazed ! Top notch amenities are VERY well kept. Maintenance is always on time and precise and make sure you’re satisfied with all fixes granted there is not much to fix with this complex. It’s just so great. I’ve only been here five months and I’m so looking forward to renewing my lease. I never felt more safe and at peace at any complex like oasis, please let’s give them a round of applause for their great communication in office and for their continuous appreciation for us leasing to them by their monthly treats . A perk I would like to add as well is they ALWAYS have a guest food truck vendor come out ! I have no complaints living here. Check them out !
my fiancée, myself and our daughter moved here about five or six months ago and we’ve loved it since!! it’s a very nice, loving and beautiful community! our daughter also gets to enjoy her time swimming and just walking around outside. the maintenance is amazing and fast! the front office ladies are also very sweet and friendly!! my fiancée and i will be here for a while as we’ve already discussed this with one another! 100/10 recommend!
The apartment hasn't really suffered from any issues to speak of, the amenities have only gotten better (as the tech has), and the staff and management is absolutely incredible. I live for the resident events and can't recommend the community enough!
Oasis is one of the best communities that I have stayed and can really call my home, the staff is great, it's an clean property, we always feel welcomed here.

I love my apartment and staff. I moved here about three years now. I moved from Michigan, and words will do justice describing the beauty and luxury of the apartment and landscaping here!! I will say that it is quiet, and secure! I left my car door open by mistake one night and the next afternoon nothing was disturbed in it.. the residence here are nice and friendly.. If you have any issues with anything they are right on top of it.. I wouldn’t live anywhere else.. O C Lee
My husband and I have loved living here. The staff is so nice and maintenance is always fast. The amenities also enhance living here.
Amenities don’t work. Pool has been down for 12 days (including over Memorial Day weekend) no updates on when it will work. Four treadmills in the gym but only one has worked since March. They say they’re on back order but Amazon has plenty available for shipping tomorrow. Not one office person that was here in March is still here- not sure what’s going on but seems to be going downhill. Maintenance for issues in the apartment is great- only reason this isn’t one star.
I just moved in, and Jesse has made a stressful situation very easy and enjoyable. Nice apartments at reasonable rates.
Absolutely horrible. My wife and I have lived here for 3 years, and it continues to get worse and worse. Not just from a quality standpoint, but also with management. You are paying for a gated community, but if you live on the North side, the gate has been broken for all 3 years we have lived here. In addition, we have had constant electrical issues in our apartment, and the apartment refuses to call an actual electrician. They will send out their onsite maintenance who has electrocuted himself several times. The issue is still not fixed, and we have no overhead lights in the master bedroom. The worse part is the air conditioning unit. The air conditioning unit breaks at least once a month, and you will wake up in a sweat and spend all day with an apartment that is above 80 degrees. Again, they refuse to call an HVAC company and just send onsite maintenance. Last month we were woken up by our smoke detector due to smoke coming out of our vents. Again, just a temporary fix that led to us without air conditioning a few weeks later.
My air conditioning unit recently went out in my Oasis apartment. I contacted the front desk about the issues on a weekend and within 30 minutes Mike with maintenance arrived at my door. He showed up ready to correct the problem. He was attentive as I described the problem and the solutions that I tried prior to contacting the Oasis team. After he conducted several tests both inside and out he communicated what he did to take corrective action. He also communicated that he would follow-up to check on the status to ensure everything was running smoothly – to Mikes credit he did exactly what he stated and followed up on his work. One of the promises that Oasis states is that they are “driven by customer satisfaction.” Mike is a testament to customer satisfaction. I see him greet customers by ‘name’ and never hesitates to stop if someone wants to discuss a maintenance issue. As a customer, I value the family environment that he creates, his communication on corrective actions, and preparation for the job so that his disruption or footprint is minimized. Mike, thanks for all you do for the Oasis family-tenants and team.
Oasis at Brandon delivers on excellence, for a hefty price. Only problem encountered was the ramp lights in kitchen/living area burn out quickly and maintenance refuses to pay for bulbs, so they now request you to buy your own bulbs.
My apt complex is great. I don't have any complaints or problems with the complex. The maintenance is always on time and the office staff is great.
Great new apartments, spacious, with nice fixtures and granite counter tops. Staff is very helpful and considerate. Club house game room and fitness area is nice. Parking is limited in the evenings, consider a garage space to get a consistent place to park.
The Oasis at Brandon is one of few apartments in the Tampa area that cater to both humans and pets. Also its a short commute to downtown Tampa. 10 minutes to be exact! Every apartment has a state of the art full size washer and dryer. All of the appliances are stainless steel and every counter is granite, even the bathroom counters, in which have a huge garden tub. If you are looking for luxury this is the place! Also the floors are bamboo, which is so awesome!
