The Oasis at 301

I can't say enough great things about The Oasis at 301! From the moment we first toured the property, the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Brandon, our leasing professional, was absolutely amazing — professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly welcoming. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free, answering all our questions with patience and making sure we felt confident and excited about our decision. The rest of the staff has been just as wonderful. Everyone we've interacted with, from the front office to maintenance, has been friendly, responsive, and truly committed to making this community feel like home. You can tell they take pride in creating a positive living experience for all residents. The property itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed with great amenities. Living here feels like being part of a caring community, not just another apartment complex. Huge thanks to Brandon and the entire team — we are so happy to call The Oasis at 301 our home!

I have lived here for almost 4 years! Was first in a 2 bedroom and now In a 3 bedroom and I’ve loved every moment! I have always felt welcome living here and found the staff to be very nice! Management is very quick at responding to any issues I’ve had. My kids enjoy being here as well. Everyone at the leasing office is friendly and really appreciate Brandon who always brings my packages up to my door without me even having to ask.

The unit is really nice and the community feels safe. Neighbors are respectful and the staff is really kind and welcoming. The pool area is beautiful and is consistently being cleaned/maintained. This is my favorite apartment I've lived it and I'd highly recommend it to a friend. The maintenance team is really helpful and super polite and shows up very fast. I submitted a request at 9pm on a Saturday and they showed up at 11am on Sunday (it wasn't an urgent call). It's a great place to live

I’ve had such a great experience living at this luxury apartment complex. It’s always clean, the staff is amazing, and any maintenance requests I’ve submitted are usually fixed the same day or by the next day at the latest. Out of all the places I looked at, this was by far the most affordable for the quality and amenities you get. Highly recommend!

Come August, I'll have been on my lease for two years already. In this time, I've been rather impressed with the Oasis! Whenever we have maintenance issues, they're quick to help and the maintenance staff is always very sweet and nice. The office staff are always pleasant when I need something as well! The pool is gorgeous and I absolutely love the gym! I've been going twice a week for awhile now and haven't had any issues. They even recently replaced the old yoga mats! The only thing that may be frustrating is the parking when it gets crowded in the evenings by my building, but it's easy to look past such a minor inconvenience.

The staff’s dismissive attitude during catastrophic hurricane Milton was shocking. They never take responsibility, rarely apologize, and fail to give timely updates. My family faced 30 maintenance issues in a single year, some of which were never fixed properly, forcing us to live with broken appliances and constant frustration. We’re relieved to be moving out this month because living here has been a mistake.

We had over 30 maintenance issues in a single year, some of which were never fixed properly, forcing us to live with broken appliances and constant frustration. My family regrets living here and we are tired of paying for management's mistakes. Don’t rent here if you want a decent standard of living.

The very outdated gym equipment caused me an injury, raising serious safety concerns for tenants. Despite the SmartRent system being down for two weeks, they still charge the full $20 technology fee, which feels like theft. The staff's insincere kindness is evident in their actions, such as locking up two doors to prevent tenants from accessing the coffee machine they paid for, forcing them to interact with staff, which is uncomfortable for introverts. Additionally, when the building inconvenienced us with driveway painting for over a week, they provided a confusing map and brought in a tow truck to overcharge for moving cars, adding extra costs on top of the hassle.

I love my apartment and the complex is clean and safe. I have not had any issues with the office staff or staff. My biggest issue is the thin walls and floors. Sadly, I have a neighbor with children that run and scream early in the morning to LATE at night (and it sounds like a bowling alley). No peace!!! If you want a clean and safe complex this is the place. Peace and quiet (it’s a risk).

Always polite. Always informed. Best yet, they have helped my technology confused self set up my TV and other devices with hesitation or embarrassing comments, a few times. Maintenance is always quick and professional as well. Great living experience!
