The Oaks at Tech Ridge have been a wonderful community to live in for the past 5 years. I enjoy the clean grounds and pool area. The office staff is helpful and accommodating, not to mention the great resident events they put on frequently. The maintenance team are quick to respond and provide quality work. I am happy to live in such a quality community.

People smoke too much which impacts everyone's health negatively because second hand smoke is ALWAYS bad no matter what is being smoked. Also the parking lot being treated like an ash tray for cigeratees is a health hazard and just disgusting

Great apartments nice and quiet with plenty of perks and events that the office throws. They make any problems you have easy to call and they are very easy to get in touch with when you need to chat to someone about something specific.

Buen servicio se los recomiendo lo único q no tienen cámaras de seguridad en el área de las habitaciones ni tampoco en los parques es poca seguridad si ponen cámaras sería el condominio perfecto

Was great when we moved in 5 years ago but has really gone downhill. Trash is all throughout the complex, our staircase is caked in garbage that stinks on hot days, they got rid of the night guard years ago and the pool has been a nightmare to live by ever since. We initially paid more to have an apartment with a resort pool view, but it's the absolute worst with people screaming and blasting music so loud we can't hear our own TV. The apartments know its an issue and just send out weekly texts reminding people of the rules, or just shutting the pool down to everyone instead of actually doing something about it. Our apartment itself is really nice, love our vaulted ceilings, they painted the exterior and upgraded the pool area, so they are trying to improve in ways, but it's like putting lipstick on a pig, wish they'd address the actual issues. Definitely would not recommend moving here, there's nicer places down the street for the same price.

No security gate so anyone can access the complex undeterred at anytime. Noisy neighbors. No explanation(s) as to why maintenance takes forever and/or why the maintenance order was not completed. Rude staff at leasing office. Pool is always closed due to violations/violators. Vehicle break-ins. No lockers for packages and packages cannot be left at the leasing office. Residents refuse to clean up after their pets. Residents refuse to put their garbage/trash in the dumpster. Almost every week there is a long email or text about lease violators/violations. This apartment complex is not safe and your hard earned money would be better spent at a more secure apartment complex. I encourage you to do two visits this apartment complex on your own accord. Ride through the complex, park your vehicle and walk around. Visit once during the day and once at night . You might be amazed, appalled, both and possibly more,
