Welcome to Rock Hill, South Carolina's fifth-largest city, located 25 miles south of Charlotte. Downtown features a historic district with twelve preserved buildings from 1840, now home to local shops and restaurants. The Catawba River's Riverwalk offers paths for walking and cycling, plus access points for kayaking. Winthrop University's campus brings educational opportunities and cultural events to the community. Current rental trends show average prices ranging from $1,080 for studios to $1,691 for three-bedroom units, with most options showing slight increases over the past year.
Rock Hill holds the distinction of producing more NFL players per capita than any other U.S. city, earning its nickname "Football City USA." The annual Come-See-Me Festival celebrates local culture each spring with art displays, food vendors, and community events. Neighborhoods like Newport and Ebenezer each offer their own character, with housing options ranging from apartments to historic homes.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Oaks at Little Dutchman Creek
I have been here a little over 6 months and I love it here! The apartment is very modern and was freshly painted and carpeted when I moved in. Also, I have not had any issues except with my dryer accidently coming detached from the vent in the back but Doug from maintenance came the very next morning to fix it. Also, Christine from the management office is such a wonderful person to deal with and speak to. My neighbors are the greatest and it's such a family oriented property. Regards, Vince L.
I have been here a year and the last few months there have been alot of changes with the property! For the better of course. The landscaping looks much better than before the pool is open. They told me there is goign to be a dog park by end of year. They have done major tree trimming that it so needed. They property is looking great I am so happy I deciced to stay!
Words cannot express how bad this company is, don’t give them the chance to screw you over. They have already kicked out over 80 families during Christmas simply to “renovate” the same exact square footage and charge hundreds more for it. What stops them from kicking you out or raising your rent by over $400 more per month? Maybe a contract because it definitely isn’t common decency or caring about their tenants
No playground, No court, pool area is mediocre. Very antiquated living. Handiwork is very shady. Nothing exciting about renting here at all. Amenities are non-existant.
