The manager, Sylvia, is very knowledgeable, kind, and concerned about the tenants that reside there. She was always very attentive to any issues or concerns that I had. The overall complex itself is very nice, very well maintained and has all that amenities that a person should want. The maintenance staff there is very professional and timely. If I find myself in need of an apartment I will certainly inquire at the Oaks in Lincolnton first.

The apartments are spacious, the area is very clean and quiet, Absolutely no issues with any criminal activity. Management ( Miss Silvia) is very renter friendly and is on top of any issues brought to her attention. The handyman (Kenny)is very knowledgeable in all needed repairs. All in all very nice place to live. I would definitely recommend The Oaks to anyone looking for a nice place to live.

If you're looking for a clean, friendly, and kept-up environment, this is it. The Oaks are a great place to live no matter what age you are. There are several amenities, such as a dog park, a basketball court, a playground for the kids, a laundromat, a mini gym, and multiple posts along the property equipped to help everyone pick up after their pets. It's very well lit at night, maintenance is always quick to solve any issues, and the property manager, Sylvia, is incredibly friendly and attentive! Plus, she decorates the main office for Halloween and Christmas! Love the little details!
property manager is rude and they don't fix repairs in a timely manner. they're so desperate for positive reviews, they're doing a contest for tenants to post positive reviews for a chance to receive a discount on your rent. if there was a way to post the flyer I would
Would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a quiet, safe, friendly place to live! The staff are very friendly and attend to any issue you may have! Everything is well maintained and community is safe and quiet great for kids as well!
When we moved in, we had pest control come in during the first week due to flees. We’ve never owned any pets due to allergies so this was an indication of their environment management/pest control or their inability to properly prepare an apartment for new residents. Management is quite unprofessional and does not take responsibility for their actions when it’s due. I would not recommend this place due to these reasons and others, such as walls are thin, appliances are outdated, the gym is not what it’s like as advertised online, fire management is not overlooked, and much more.
This community is very quite. The property manager is amazing and friendly. The apartments are very spacious, there is plenty of room if you wanna hang out or have your alone time. They keep everything up to date, everyone is nice. 10/10 recommend.
Moved here a few months ago and I love it! I come from a larger city and the staff here is better than any I've come in contact with elsewhere. Friendly, timely service. I've never had a request that took them more than 24 hours to complete. Quiet, safe community.
The oaks have been a very great, and welcoming neighborhood. Normally quiet and relaxing, great neighbors and helpful, and caring staff. Would recommend for anyone looking for a temporary, or permanent place to live, and have no worries about safety, constant upkeep keeps the grounds very clean!
I am very impressed with all the staff onsite, especially Sylvia. She has been so welcoming and helpful to me.
