The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I have been here for 10 years. Over the years, I have experienced a range of different management and I will say that with the newest management I do appreciate the addition of the washer/dryers and the different ways they have tried to engage the community through food events. However, I have received NO communication about the pool updates and as someone who has lived here for the past decade, not having a pool for nearly two years without any updates or ongoing construction to provide this for residents is ridiculous.
Property Manager at The Norman, Responded To This Review
We appreciate all reviews, and appreciate you giving us the chance to improve by providing us with this feedback. Your feedback encouraged us to start sending more communication regarding the pool and any other community updates as they become available. If you missed our email that went out earlier this week, we are still waiting for permits from the city to start the build out process. We understand the frustration and inconvenience and are looking forward to the pool being completed as soon as possible! If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to our team as we are happy to help! Sincerely, Roxanne Gonzalez Community Manager
The newly remodeled apartments are great. Roxanne in the leasing office is great. The neighborhood is lovely, especially north of the building. Neighbors are nice and not noisy.
Beautiful newly renovated apartment. I love the layout and the community amenities (package concierge, assigned gated parking). The location is wonderful. Roxanne Gonzalez was so very professional, approachable and thoughful when I was touring apartments and made the move in process super seamless!!

Great location, but the building needs major repairs and can not recommend this building until rent matches what is being offered.

Great community to live with great management staff. Move in process was super smooth. Love it here!
A beautiful building maintained impeccably with an attentive, intelligent, friendly yet professional staff.
I've lived here for about three and a half years now and it pains me to leave a less than stellar review. Most of my time at The Tower At Hollywood Hills has been fantastic. This is a great location and the views are amazing from our loft. The pool and gym are generally well taken care of and previously, the management (Tyler) was very helpful and always on call. Recently, however, a new management has taken over and their performance has been less than stellar. If you would have asked me a few months ago to rate The Tower At Hollywood Hills, I'd have said 5 stars without question, but now I think a two is much more reasonable. Repairs around the building have suddenly gone from taking days to weeks, and now some of them are simply not being finished at all with over a month of delays and no real communication regarding a solid timeline. All the residents here have complained and received no rent reduction for these problems, and no date when they will be addressed. The biggest issue is the fact that an elevator which services the entire back side of this building has been down for almost 3 months, turning what was once "luxury living" into a four story walk up with a very high rent. There has been no work on it at all for a very, very long time, just repair equipment sprawled out in the lobby. Hopefully, the new management here will take steps to address the glaring problems, and soon. Until then, two stars seems fitting for this otherwise lovely building.
I currently live here and I have to admit I love it. The area is fabulous, the building itself is great and has everything on my list: gym, pool, package concierge, assistance as needed. I've lived in other apartments in Los Angeles but the assistance and customer service is extremly helpful and comforting. The current manager, Tyler, is a hands-on manager and gets back to me promptly with any concerns or questions I may have. Other places the customer service was good up until you leased. I plan on sticking around. Great apartment and managed with excellence.
I have lived here since December 2015 and it has been a great place to live. Management has continually made improvements to the common areas, which are always kept clean. The gym is extremely convenient and never overly crowded.. The units are recently renovated and furnished with modern appliances and finishes. The building is surprisingly quiet for how large it is and other tenants have always been respectful. If I weren't moving cities, I would definitely continue to live in the building. -James N.
