Improvements continue to be made and maintenance (which can be challenging) continues to be addressed (elevators for example) but generally it’s quite nice and well located - would like to have some kind of food/dining option in retail space and perhaps some concession from town to put a little pedestrian cable bridge or something crossing the river where the short trail is that could make a loop more possible though this is icing on a pretty decent cake

love living at The Nines! The aesthetics are hotel-like and impressive. Cleaning and maintenance staff are prompt and efficient. The management team is 5-star, very responsive to issues. My only complaint is the shower pressure, which is only strong between 1-5 AM. Otherwise, I'm very comfortable here and feel at home.

We just got an apartment in the nine. As a second home it is wonderful to be in such a beautiful property with nice people and great amenities. It allows us to experience the best of several important communities, Newton, Wellesley, Needham, and Morristown throw from downtown as well. It’s been alright. My apartment has an issue with moisture. The first few months I had to store all my food in the fridge since it would collect mold by the next day. Other days my apartment would smell like sewage. My cabinets fell right out the brackets. There’s weird spacing between floor boards which I got my heel stuck in. My bathtub cracked my body wash fell. Everything just poorly constructed and not worth the rent. Trash rooms are a mess.

The only complaint I have is the garage parking. At times there are not enough spaces close enough to my entrance. The 4 men that manage the property are excellent. They are ALWAYS pleasant, friendly and extremely accommodating.

Love the gym and how quiet our floor is. The maintenance people are so quick so our issues get solved quickly. It is a little annoying our toilet and cabinets keep requiring fixing but the speed of attention makes it tolerable. Willow bridge is trying to make it more neighborly and I’m excited for what the summer months will bring in regards of social events. One last thing the garage sucks! The door always breaks and everyone takes the spots closest to the door.

The stars are based on previous (Hanover management) because current management has not been here long enough to rate them. The location of the building is terrific with easy access to highways in all four directions. The Nines is advertised as a luxury building and confirms it with luxury rents, which Hanover tried to increase a ludicrously high $600/month at the end of my first lease. I love the layout and size of my apartment. My biggest issue with living here is neither the building nor the staff. It's a good number of the residents, many of whom are grossly inconsiderate of their neighbors, leaving trash in the hallways and in the trash rooms (instead of properly disposing of trash in the chutes), not cleaning up after their dogs, and not providing adequate parental control over their children, who make relaxing at the pool an impossibility with their screaming and running around. But I like it here enough to want to stay, and I'll review it again a few months from now.

Property is poorly maintained and there is a severe centipede problem. The humidity is bad and the carpets are dirty. The pool is never warm and not worth the money. I want to move and the rent is not worth it. There's many problems with the property including several water leaks.

It’s been a year that being a resident of the nines. I’m having a wonderful experience. All of the other residents are kind and seem like they are having a fantastic livelihood, also I am! The gym is good for working out, and near the building, it is nice to take a walk along the river. I was surprised that the company that managed the building has changed. However, the services are still extremely reliable and credible. I’m having enormous happiness to see the workers permanent smiles.

apt interior is great. Its my favorite pRt of the nines...excessive fire alarms which are extremely disruptive. parking fee is very high and painful to know that half the cars have snuck in and are parking for free. The guest parking options are a complete joke. I cannot believe how much I pay in rent and my friends can't even come visit for fear of getting towed if there is not guest spots available. Very poor planning there.

The building is beautiful. But a few things to mention. My apartment was dirty upon moving in. When I came to tour the specific apartment. I noticed that there was toilet paper inside of the cabinets, and the toilet bowl was not clean. When I moved in, I noticed that the apartment was still in the same condition. It was not cleaned prior to me moving. When you walk within the hallways, you can smell the trash room. There is a big rodent issue within the building that hopefully is getting addressed. Given how beautiful this property is I’m surprised that we’re facing these issues. I also wish they had more community events. Otherwise I really do like this place.

This complex is huge and facilities such as the package room was not fully thought of to accommodate all the packages. The cleanliness of the stairwells are often forgotten There’s new management Willow Bridges for a month now and still waiting for improvements in the managing of this complex. Have been living at The Nines for 1.5 year. Like the convenient location, neighborhood and my apartment that has all the appliances I need for comfortable life. The building has lots of amenities including an outdoor pool, multiple grill and rest areas. I am very happy here and hope to live here for more years. Highly recommend to make The Nines your new home!
