Our apartments have taken such a great turn since Savonne came along. she is truly a manager with a purpose. you can truly tell the staff here really does care about their complex. Thank you team Montgomer!!! I would recommend to everyone.
This is a nonsmoking facility but it’s not enforced. I come home almost everyday to a certain neighbor smoking weed. He has his door open trying to air out his apartment but there is definitely a lingering stench. We all smell it. We just had an apartment inspection so I know management knows about it. His apartment HAS to smell like it with the amount he’s smoking. There’s also a high likelihood that he’s dealing. For a “luxury” apartment that was built in 2022, you would think that we wouldn’t have an issue with hallways smelling terrible, losing power every other weekend, spiders, ants, and all kinds of bugs getting into your apartment. Not to mention the fact that nonresidents get through the parking garage gate all the time and take up our parking spots. Sometimes there is nowhere to park but the rooftop. Unbelievable. I can’t wait to move out.

The building is brand new, but they contract a 3rd party towing service that is ruthless. If you have someone visit and they don’t register their car, then they’re towed immediately. No warning. And you have to reregister it every 24 hours. So if park in the visitors parking for 2 days and don’t renew registering it, they will tow you
