Been living here starting my 4th year. In this time I have seen significant changes in the complex for the better. It shows that ownership and management and maintenance personnel are concerned about the upkeep and upgrades to the complex. I would like to see better lighting in certain areas in the parking areas behind certain bldgs. It is dark in a number of places and a potential places for some sort of robbery or what not.

I love living here. Only minutes away from downtown Melbourne and the beach. Walking distance to bars and restaurants. The amenities are great and I love the nature we experience around the pond. Very pet friendly and the weekly food trucks are an added bonus.

I love the the vibes I get when I walked into the management office. The gym has clean and fairly new equipment to work also I love the color paint they choose to paint it with . The Amenities are great here basketball court, tennis court am nice swimming pools. What I love the most here is the tranq I get here. I appreciate the view of the pond with the ducks and there is plenty space for parking nobody has to fight for parking.

It’s okay here, I had a flea problem which costed me a lot of money to get rid of and was annoying. Other than that things are okay for the price.

It is small and peaceful just you mind your business and do what you're supposed to do, we have not been here that long but the leasing agent ms Joann was amazing in the process of helping us get into our apartment and they were very empathic and sympathetic to our situation with our daughter being sick and needing immediate move in

people on the property are very nice and friendly also as an employee here the property is nicely maintained also the food trucks that come on Friday nights are delicious

Asked about having my bathtub and shower walls renewed and recaulked because it was severely stained. Company came the very next day and did a fantastic job in renewing bathtub and shower. It looks brand new. Awesome how quick it was done and done right. A big shout out to Robert, Supervisor for getting this done in such a record time.

The upgraded apartments are nice inside, but the price is extreme for the neighborhood and buildings. The walls are very thin but that’s not the community’s fault.

Over 3 years here now. The Monroe is a gorgeous property that is home! I love seeing turtles and ducks outside at the pond every morning! Beautiful balcony apartments, pools are gorgeous, fitness center is great.

Still love this place. My little paradise. Office staff is awesome and so is the maintenance crew. Things sure get done fast for the small issues like breaking my key and getting the toilet handle fixed. Highly recommend this little slice of heaven.

Good price, wish it came with more lights and a ceiling fan though. Non renovated ones aren’t the best but you pay for what you get, it’s the only apartment I can afford.

Basically it is a nice development to live in. Being an older development, I believe it is time to upgrade the windows and doors to the complex. This would be another major improvement and draw more people in.

It's been peaceful and all my neighbors are friendly. It's a good place to walk around and feel comfortable, even at night. Neighbors just start a friendly conversation and it feels comfortable.
My husband and I have been living here for four months. It’s quiet and the community is very well kept. We love living here! The office staff are very friendly and helped a lot with getting information at a timely pace. We were so excited to be moving here.

I love the views and how smoothly my move was, walking my dog around seeing how nice the complex is during the day has been my favorite thing so far , ive been able to park super close and the poop bags have been great to use all around
I really enjoy it here. The people living here are really nice. They stop and talk to me. The maintenance people go out of the way to get to know you well. They are here to help you. I’m very blessed to find this beautiful place.
The grounds are beautiful and peaceful, and the staff was welcoming upon moving in. They answered all of my questions in a timely manner. Definitely a lot of dog lovers here. <3
I love my apartment and my neighbors are great. The ladies in the office are friendly and helpful. Maintenance guys are very knowledgeable and friendly. I plan on being here for a long long time.
My experience so far has been great with the complex the leasing office is very friendly and always puts the residents first I just recently renewed my lease and I do not regret it they are pet friendly and it is amazing
A year almost and feel happy here. Hard adjusting at the beginning but I was going through a lot. I love that maintenance drives in a golf cart around; a couple of times I needed help and I could just flag them down. They're always willing to help.
Maintenance can take a long time, and the office is not very responsive when emailed or called. Rent has also gone up unreasonably quickly in the past several years.
Love this place even more. Super nice staff and neighbors. Haven’t felt this much at home since I sold my house. Maintenance and lawn care always on top of things. Hoping that some pot holes and dead bush in front of my unit will be taken care off in the spring. Other than that its paradise.
