This place is great! I loved living here the last 3 years but have decided it’s time for a change of location! Every staff member is great and very attentive. It’s a quiet community with friendly neighbors. I love their community gatherings they have every so often. Not many amenities other than the pool and free coffee but the walk to magnolia is amazing. Love being able to walk to all my favorite restaurants and dessert places! I also love how secure this complex is I have felt very safe as young woman!

My time at the monarch is almost up. It has been a good experience aside from some minor issues. Overall convenient place to stay if you work at the hospital or medical offices near by. Gets noisy when the weather is warm, ambulances, fire trucks, police sirens and cars.

The apartments are clean, most of the staff are really nice. The sucky part is after like 6pm or 7pm there's less parking unless you go to 6th floor.

We have lived here at the Monarch for four years. This has been our best apartment experience ever. The property and the apartments are well maintained, and the management is very responsive to requests for maintenance and other issues. We love the neighborhood and feel safe walking our dogs late at night. If you work in or near the Medical District in Fort Worth, you owe it to yourself to check out units available here. The Monarch is a great place to live.

I was really enjoying the monarch when I first move here, but some negative experiences have dampened that excitement. I can say the community is kept clean, needs minor updates like the parking garage gate. Neighbors complain even if you mind your own business. Management is good about responding. Community events could use some work.
I really enjoying living here so far. It is close to a lot of good restaurants and the commute to my workplace in the medical district is really nice.

Wonderful staff and amazing complex. The units themselves are spacious and well maintained. Very warm feeling in the complex thanks to the lounge area! The surround area of Magnolia is also walkable and such a plus.

If you are looking for a property to call home and a leasing team that makes sure you feel welcome then The Monarch is for you. I have had the best experience moving into my new one bedroom. The team of Tarek, Alejandra, and Ana are phenomenal. They answered all my questions and made sure to help every step of the way. Move-in was superb and the neighbors were helpful as well as Shawn in maintenance. My apartment has everything I need and the location is perfect for working in healthcare. The property is clean and the amenities (gym, parking, pool, etc) what I needed I have and all working!

Nice facilities, dog friendly. Close proximity to hospitals. Sometimes there are not enough disposable doggie bags. The dog play space is a nice convenience. Maintenance is reliable.

Mostly good things to say. Nice and quiet most of the time, I’ve only had problems twice with my upstairs neighbor; and the office staff contacted them promptly about it. The parking garage has had theft of 2 vehicle’s tires/wheels, leaving the vehicles on blocks. It took over 3 months to get my AC replaced/repaired during summer time- not due to maintenance not trying- I think they were getting blocked with budgets. My neighbors are kind. The location is perfect. Close to the highways, and easy to get places. Lots of food options within walking distance. Price is a little excessive. Pool is kept clean, but you only get direct sunlight between 11-2 during the summer. Gym is small, but nice and clean. Dog parks are great, though the main one smells of dog pee most of the time.

Good community, grounds always clean. Gym is spot on. Attentive to residents in any matter regarding your apartment. Personnel is kind and tries to do the extra work.

I have lived here for a little over two years now and it has been mostly great. The amenities are well taken care of, clean leasing areas and work spaces, and a great coffee machine that stays well stocked. The apartment units are well prepared for move in with fresh paint and cleaned. The location is very close to the hospitals so there are a lot of medical staff who live here. Everyone who lives here are very respectful with noise and cleaning up after themselves in the common areas. The only downside is that since the apartments are located in the heart of Ft. Worth it can sometimes mean there have been stolen cars from our garage and break ins to some of the cars on the ground level. Overall I have enjoyed living here and would recommend it to a friend !

No complaints. I like living here, property is kept clean, safety is not a concern and the office staff is attentive and friendly. The area is close by to many food places and shops. I love the walkability of the monarch apartments. You get the downtown living feel without all of the crazy traffic!
