The Moderne is beautiful and has been a wonderful place to live! I've been here about 1.5 years and not a single bad experience. Office staff is great and the maintenance team is above par. They've responded to every question I've ever had very quickly even when it's not urgent. The apartments are also very quiet. So many apartments you hear every step and flush from the neighbors, but not here. 10/10 recommend!

The service I received during my process of choosing an apartment home was A1! Tee F. was great and answered ALL of my questions and concerns. She went above and beyond to ensure that I choose the apartment that met all of my needs. She was attentive, friendly, and quick. Best rental experience ever! Charles R. has been great as well, he has quickly answered all of my questions and concerns since my move. Overall I am very pleased with the community and the service so far!

If you notice, batches of reviews for The Moderne are written on the same date. Clearly, they have been writing their own reviews. While there are a few good things about this complex such as its proximity to Providence Village, this is far from a "luxury apartment" complex. Yes, living in Providence has some advantages but trying to get through the construction traffic every day is a pain. The super high rent rates don’t support the low-end finishes in the apartments. The management is not responsive to questions or problems. There are other apartment complexes in the area that are a much better deal.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! Besides the property being very well maintained, the proximity to providence restaurants and shops is a great perk. Maintenance is always quick to respond. Kylie was great to work with before move in and continues to be helpful now that I live here! Great place to live!!

Not enough space here to compliment this community. I’ve been living at this property for the past couple of years and couldn’t ask for a better experience. The complex is quiet and close enough (walking distance) to quite a few bars and restaurants. From the maintenance crew to the front office everyone that works here is wonderful to work with. All work orders are taken care of in a timely and professional manner. The grounds are well maintained and the pool area and gym are spotless. I’m not sure how much better apartment living can get. Tina and Kylie are awesome!

I came and toured The Moderne at Providence recently and fell in love with their model apartment! The floor plan is very ideal and I loved the openness of the kitchen. Kylie toured new around and I was very pleased with her knowledge and attitude during my visit. She made me feel right at home instantly. This location is also PERFECT, as you are in walking distance to a couple super cute restaurants in the Providence area. Definitely look forward to calling this place home soon!

I've been Living here since (well close to) the begining. I've never felt so much like I was HOME. Every element of living, from the application to the move out, here has been pleasant and easeful. Tina, the property manager, ensures that. She and her staff offer high levels of communication and efficient problem solving. The only reason I am moving out is because I am relocating across the country, otherwise I'd stay forever.

This is a great community. The apartments are lovely inside. The grounds are beautiful. The staff is amazing. If your looking for a quiet place in the city to live this is it. I have loved living here and was sad to move. If I had not been leaving the state I would have stayed.

The moderne at providence has great staff and quick with maintenance responses. Also they have a dog park with strict poop rules to keep the place clean which I really appreciate. This is a great place to call home and we really enjoy staying here!
