Love this complex. Residents are super friendly and so are the leasing managers and maintenance staff. Kylie helped with a quick and efficient move in process. Lots of things to do near by, tons of events at the property and great and clean amenities!

While all staff at the Miller has been attentive, I truly appreciate Daniella and Ruth for their hard work keeping our building looking amazing! As someone who regularly uses the many amenities here, their attention to detail does not go unnoticed.

The Miller is a beautiful apartment building close to everything you need. kylie did such a great job during the apartment tour and Shanel was so helpful during the application and moving process. The building is quite, clean, and everyone seems so friendly! The apartment is comfortable and has everything we need. My family and I are really happy and grateful to be here.

First impressions begin with the leasing office and both Shanel and Kylie went above and beyond. They made the whole process from viewing layouts to the application process and reserving the elevator for move-in day a breeze. With The Miller being the latest building on the developing waterfront, there were some little maintenance ah-ha's that I needed assistance after move-in and Nick was there same day to assist. The Miller wouldn't gleam as much if it weren't for the housekeeping staff working hard every day. Daniella and Ruth keep the facilities and common areas immaculate. The amenities room, spa, fitness center, 3rd floor courtyard with its sitting areas with gas fire features and the pool, hot tub, plunge pool, and outdoor shower... let's not forget the roof deck with grilling! It's the place to be and close to Vancouver's finest!

Living in the Miller's apartment feels like residing at a resort! It boasts a fantastic location overlooking the river, surrounded by numerous delightful restaurants and exciting activities. The modern design and exceptional cleanliness define my current home. The incredible atmosphere here consistently keeps me in high spirits, and should I ever feel otherwise, Miller ensures I have everything I need to uplift my mood! Whether it's indulging in the jacuzzi, alternating between a cold bath and a refreshing dip in the pool after a hot soak, these revitalizing routines make the world seem brighter. Pair this with a visit to the sauna and a cup of hot tea in this cozy environment, and paradise truly takes form! Moreover, the friendly and attentive staff, including Shanel -Property Manager, Kylie -Leasing Consultant, Nick-Maintenance Supervisor; Daniella, and Ruth - Cleaners, diligently maintain our home's cleanliness and comfort. Being a resident at Miller fills me with pride! Life is truly splendid here!

This space is phenomenal! We love living at the Miller. Who could go wrong with a spa right at your finger tips? The amount of communal spaces is what drew us to The Miller. Hot tub, pool, cold plunge, sauna, steam room, high end furnished meeting spaces, rooftop grilling area with a view of the river and Mt. Hood and The Forest (a space to enjoy conversation outside with friends at the fire pits). Our teenage boys love the gym. Shanel is so helpful and Kylie is a friendly smile every time you see her. Nick is the best maintenance dude with quick responses at every corner. We may never leave! ?? Except to walk to the nearest restaurants or parks and enjoy what the Vancouver Waterfront has to offer. And for those who are environmentally conscious, the dedicated bike room is a thoughtful touch. I also can't forget to mention that The Miller is a pet-friendly haven. I love meeting all of the furry friends around the complex - the overall pet-friendly atmosphere adds an extra layer of warmth to the experience. Moving into The Miller was a breeze. The process was incredibly easy, thanks to their efficient and accommodating approach. The crew provided clear instructions and guidance, making the entire moving experience seamless. I have toured three apartments on the waterfront, and this one blew me away, Kylie was absolutely great in the tour very fast and efficient but also knowledgeable. Moved in 48 hours later. Great experience!

By far the best apartment complex I’ve lived in. The staff is helpful, incredibly kind, and make you feel right at home. Kylie and Shanel are always friendly and quick to answer questions. Nick is genuinely helpful with maintenance requests and goes above and beyond with making sure our unit’s perfect. The amenities make this place stand out from other apartments in the area. Sauna, hot tub, cold soak, steam room, etc…

I looked at all the surrounding waterfront apartment properties and in my opinion the Miller had the best amenities, layouts and overall vibe. The staff is super helpful and friendly.

I toured almost every waterfront apartment while looking and only The Miller felt like home the second I walked in! Moving in was so easy – all the paperwork was done electronically ahead of time, which meant I only needed to pick up my keys and had a super seamless transition. I love that of the common areas (gym, lobby, hallways, etc) are always clean (Daniella and Ruth do an incredible job). In the office, Kylie and Shanel are so, so nice and accommodating, and always ready to help with any of my (many) requests. And when it comes to maintenance requests, Nick is literally the greatest, I’ve never had to wait more than a day for any small issues that have come up. My favorite part of the complex, by far, are the amenities! The gym is HUGE, the communal workspace has free coffee, and there’s a year-round cold plunge, hot tub and sauna. All of that combined with a super-convenient location that’s within walking distance to local restaurants, wineries and a view of the river makes this my favorite apartment I’ve ever lived in. If you're looking for a taste of city luxury within a cozier town setting — this is the place to be!

We moved in mid August 2023. It was a seamless experience thanks to Kylie! We love all the resort amenities and feel right at home. If there ever is any issues that require maintenance, Nick the maintenance supervisor responds extremely fast and is extremely kind. We love calling the miller our home!
