Although surrounded by inhospitable desert, Phoenix is one of the largest cities in the United States, and the nation’s single largest state capital city. The area contains numerous galleries and museums, putting the people in contact with everything from the European masters to Native American craftsmanship to modern originals from Phoenix’s diverse artistic community. The Downtown cultural scene has developed into a top-notch feast of visual and performing arts, with symphony performances, live theater, and the popular First Friday exhibitions. Phoenix is also an excellent city for sports fans, being one of the few cities in America with local franchises in the NFL, MLB, NBA, and NHL. Several thousand students attend the two Arizona State University campuses in the city, as well as the over-50,000 who attend the main campus in neighboring Tempe.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Hi there - 100% satisfaction is our goal! Great to see The Met at 3rd and Fillmore Apartments and the staff gave you such a great experience. Thank you so much - hope you have a fantastic day!
Living at The Met Fillmore has been a fantastic experience! You’d never expect such a calm and peaceful community right in the heart of downtown, but this place truly delivers. It’s quiet, well-maintained, and feels like a little oasis in the city. What really sets The Met apart, though, is the incredible staff. Huge shoutout to Ricky (maintenance) for his quick and efficient AC replacement—he got it done fast and made sure everything was working perfectly. Also, a big thanks to Waylon and Caroline (leasing office) for always being responsive and helpful. Any issue or question I’ve had has been handled promptly and professionally. If you’re looking for a stress-free, comfortable living experience in downtown, The Met Fillmore is the place to be!

Excellent downtown location for ASU students. This community is well cared for and the office staff is always so friendly and welcoming when you need something. We are so glad that we chose to live here!

Wow, we're glad you had such a wonderful experience with us!
A small community in a great walkable downtown location! Nearby properties have more amenities, but The Met was a better option for us to have more dog-friendly spaces in the complex. There’s also a little buffer between the location and louder businesses, so the only noise you’ll deal with are your neighbors.
