The Meadowside

Great location, Great Management Team. I have been living here for more than 2 yrs from day one. Very clean, quiet and lots of sun light and great NYC view!!

This apartment is amazing, the units have great kitchens, appliances (dishwasher, in unit washer and dryer) and flooring that really makes you feel at home. A lot of the units have a spectacular view of midtown manhattan which really makes the place feel special. The door is staffed most hours if the day and even late night on weekends. The staff is very helpful, they open the door when moving stuff in and out and answer your every concern quickly. Have not had may maintenance issues so far but given their response in general I anticipate it will be good. The location is alright, there is a lot of things nearby and has access to multiple bus routes within a short walk but Bergen blvd is a very busy road so be mindful it is not the most enjoyable place to walk around. Overall we love it here and hope to stay for a while!

I love living here! The building is always clean and well-maintained, and the management team is super responsive and friendly. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the amenities make it feel like a true community. Everyone here is so kind — my dog gets so much love from the neighbors! It’s in a great location, and I always feel safe and comfortable here. Highly recommend!

I have been living here for the past 3 years. I have nothing but great things to say about my time here so far. Manny and the staff have been very attentive and help in a timely manner whenever things are needed. Everyone is friendly and it is a wonderful environment to be around. Very nice units and very clean. Very helpful and personable staff greeting you every time you walk through the doors. I am happy to call Meadowside home.

My favorite part about this building is the staff, particularly Manny and my guy Anthony, Theo. Manny is someone that is reliable, sociable, helpful and takes swift action. In terms of service needs, the building along with management does a solid job at addressing your concerns as well as accommodating changes (with slightly caveats I.e. noise complaints and onsite theft) but no one or no team is perfect and I understand that some things are outside management’s control. I would say for a multi-residential property with all inherent pros and cons, it’s well managed, always kept clean and responses to your requests/concerns are well within reasonable time.

I had a fantastic experience at the Meadowside building! The atmosphere is vibrant, welcoming, and truly feels like home. My leasing agent Alina Santana made the entire process seamless. Her professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail were outstanding—she genuinely made me feel like a priority. The service at Meadowside is top-notch, and I have to give special recognition to Manny at the concierge. He goes above and beyond every day, always with a warm smile and a willingness to help. Exceptional people make this place even more amazing!

I recently toured a few units at The Meadowside with Alina Santana, She was very diligent and helpful with my tour. The building is super clean, and there’s such a nice atmosphere that made me feel right at home. I loved the amenities, especially the outdoor pool and fitness center, which seem perfect for relaxing and working out. Manny, the concierge, was really friendly too. The views of the NYC skyline are amazing, and the apartments are spacious with cool features like quartz countertops and big balconies. Plus, being pet-friendly with a private dog park is a huge plus!

Other than any other apartments near by, I see all are taken care of really nice. Good place to live.

Beautiful building with all the amenities, very quiet, and very modern apartments. The staff is always very attentive and friendly with everything you need. The cars are safe in their garages, and it's located very close to everything. The bus to New York City passes by the corner and takes 20 minutes to get to the city. Highly recommended.

My wife and I lived in this apartment complex for the past 18 months, and I have to say, it has been an excellent experience. From the property manager, front desk staff, and maintenance team are all top-notch. Anytime I had a request or needed assistance, they were incredibly responsive and took care of everything quickly. The staff genuinely seem to care about the residents, and it shows in the way they manage the property and provide service. The building is well-maintained, and any work orders I submitted were addressed promptly, often within a day or two. The front desk team was always friendly and professional, making communication smooth and easy. Overall, I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a hassle-free, well-managed living environment. It’s been a pleasure to live here, and I’ll miss the great service!

Lived here for the last two years and recently moved out, such a great apartment! Amenities are clean and well-maintained, staff is very friendly and helpful, and the unit itself is very well-built, modern finishes. Only concern when initially moving in was potential noise from Bergen Blvd (busy/heavy traffic street) but was not an issue at all throughout our time here. Would definitely recommend!

Maintenance people always very quick to fix anything if you have any issues and all the delivery packages are safely kept in a secured storage room until we pick up! Never lost a package. We just renewed our lease because we couldn't find a better place than the Meadowside :) Great place to live!!!

It is a great apartments. It is very modern and nice. Also the maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to any issues. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others.

I recently moved in and couldn’t be more satisfied. Spacious units with lots of natural light. The management here is great as well, very accommodating and friendly.

I recently moved into the Meadowside and have only GREAT things to say about the building. The staff made my move in extremely easy & are so accommodating. The building is always clean and maintenance is always on hand to help, any small maintenance issues I have had were resolved immediately upon request. LaQuandra and Manny are always so pleasant and go out of their way to help me as I settle in. The entire concierge staff are personable and make me feel at ease while handling my deliveries and guests. I am very happy with my decision to move here!

I recently moved into The Meadowside and have been loving it so far!! The staff have been very helpful and communicative with any issues. The 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit layout is great- everything is new, the bedroom has an amazing closet space, the bathrooms are very impressive, and the parking options are really useful.

Think twice before signing a lease here. I went through the entire process only to find out additional details that were not convenient to us. They were not transparent but were definitely eager for the application to be submitted asap. I don’t appreciate the unpleasant experience due to them running me and my partner’s credit and them withholding information. The real estate agent Ann Marie is a doll and it’s not her fault management is so rude especially Liora. Not once management reached out to apologize…we decided to withdraw the application due to them not being transparent and only caring about business.

My boyfriend and I just moved in a few months ago and have been loving it. The building and amenities are clean, the staff including concierge (Manny, Leslie, and more!) and management (Hey, LaQuandra!) are incredibly friendly and make the building feel like a community. Having the team on site very often and having concierge/door man most of the day makes me feel safe and like this is a true luxury building. A huge plus! We’ve only had some electrical issues when we first moved in and maintenance came right away/in 1-2 days to resolve everything.

I moved in three weeks ago. I love my apartment. People in the apartment is really nice. Amenities are great. 1B1B is really big and face to the sunset.

I am a current resident. This building has a electrical problem. The fuse shuts down in every seconds which annoys me a lot. I had to go to the fuse box and turn it on more than 5 times to heat just a piece of pizza using the air fryer and it happens everyday. It’s not only for kitchen, for the living room and the bedroom as well! They came and tried fixing it but still…! And it happens in every unit.. so frustrating.

Amazing property! Moved in a few months ago and I’m extremely happy with my choice for my family! Property manager LaQuandra always takes care of my needs immediately and I love the location. Quiet and beautiful and amenities are great always clean! Look forward to many years here at the Meadowside!

I just want to say the entire building has such beautiful finishes. It is a very modern clean look at a reasonable price! It is local to shops & nyc. Specifically though the property manager Laquadra is a gem. She has been nothing short of amazing. She has been accommodating and truly has your best interest at heart. I appreciate her.

This apartment has everything we asked for. Very spacious living, brand new building. Everything is so clean , couldn’t have asked for better. Our balcony has a beautiful view of the NYC skyline. Washer and dryer in all units. Package room for all your mail. Dog and cat friendly. This building has everything you need. 5 stars all around. Couldn’t have asked for better ! If I were you, I would move in ASAP!

I just recently moved into this apartment and so far I am happy with my choice. LaQuandra, the property manager, has helped me with everything needed for the apartment and answered my many many questions. She has made the moving process alot more smooth and comfortable . It is a new building so everywhere is clean and beautiful. The rooms are spacious and theres many stores you may need nearby. So far I recommend this building.

I reached out for a tour and will say Lucy was super quick and attentive with getting back to me to schedule. As soon as I walked in, I was amazed by the finishes, the space, the appliances are higher end with huge washer dryers. The building is pet friendly which is always a plus. Amenities include pool, gym, common area with foosball and ping pong table and a study hall. Ever since my tour I’ve had nothing but good interactions coming in.
