The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Meadows
Don't rent any properties under APM, just as other post have said, they are about maximizing their profits at the expensive of their renters. Rented at the Meadows because it was reasonable price, dealt with the crappy amenities, particle board everything, 6in deep kitchen sinks that splashed everywhere, the particle board cabinets that were deteriorating, mold in the primary bedroom, and scarce parking to say the least. Did I mention mice in our outdoor storage?! Upon move out we had a prewalk to go over the apartment and address any issues, most of which were cleaning related as we had just finished moving our belongings into the garage for our move. We spent 5 days deep cleaning the apartment going over every part of this massive list of what they would be looking for in addition to what was mentioned after the initial walk; leaving it literally cleaner than we had received it. After our cross country move and to my surprise we were not only charged a cleaning fee of $250 but also a carpet cleaning fee, move out fee, and worst of all charged 8 hours of painting ($550). If I was going to get charged a cleaning fee I just wouldn't have wasted my time cleaning at all. In the walk through absolutely nothing was mentioned about paint! It was exactly how we received it, we hung nothing up, we didn't allow our daughter to do crafts or anything inside; yet we get charged for them to paint the entire apartment. Not touch up or an hour, literally 8 hours; that's more time than even necessary to paint a 2 bedroom. Not only did they take our entire deposit but they billed us for an additional $500; all said and done, it totaled over $1500. It was accompanied by a message stating the bill needs to be paid within 10 days or its being sent to collections. Me and my wife have contacted the office numerous times and gotten a hold of a person one time, not the original manager we had our walk through, as she had quit; but what sounded like a child. We requested to see the the walkthrough forms, itemized bills, a copy of the lease. Many weeks later I still can't get a hold of anyone in the office to return my call or pick up the phone, nor have I received anything I requested. This company is a scam and is stealing money from it's renters, don't ever expect to receive your deposit back as they use it to fund improvements on their properties instead of using their own budget. We have perfect rental history to boot.

I scheduled a viewing last week. 1/28/22. & just signed my lease 2/1/2022. They have online virtual tours. They were very quick with communication. Grace was very thorough in her explanation of the lease & the property. Everyone I encountered was very friendly. The property is very clean & i love that it is gated. The applying process was easy & quick. the newly renovated apartment looks amazing & it’s huge. The garage is also spacious & has a door that leads to the stair well so no getting rained on.
I am trying to rent an apartment, haven’t signed anything and they NEVER answer there phone ever! I don’t get what is going on I have left so many messages and revived nothing in return
Please read the reviews. This place is very unperfesanal and will suck you in for money loss! Very unreliable and will play the high end role of very low value. They are a joke. We took a chance after reading reviews and piad the price. Please dont be the next victims.
Pretty decent living.. Always crowded.. Very little parking for guest.. And people with ING the community always park where guest should be able to park so if your guest isn't there before 730 chances are they will not have a place to park with in the community. Others wise pretty good place to look live.
