The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Meadows of Boardman
I have lived here for almost two years now, and I would recommend anyone to live here. The apartments are friendly to both single renters like myself and families alike. The units are updated, affordable, and spacious. The staff are reliable, friendly, responsive, and I know that when I have an issue in my apartment I can go to the manager and it’ll be taken care of very quickly! Ive felt safe overall in the building. There is a lot of space for grilling and hanging out outside. The pool is nice in the summer, but can be cold since it’s not heated. The location is prime you’re so close to a grocery store you can walk there.. and it’s in the heart of boardman. Overall, I’ve had a great experience.
Our family has lived at The Meadows for almost 6 months now and we've loved it! The floor plan is perfect for our family, maintenance is extremely responsive, and the grounds are beautiful! We're close to everything, yet have seen deer on the property numerous times. We would definitely recommend The Meadows to anyone looking for a convenient, clean, comfortable home!
We have been at the Meadows for about 5 years now. Our small family of three loves calling it home. The office staff and maintenance workers are great and very kind. My son loves talking to the guys when they are in or around our building. They call you back very promptly if by chance they don't answer your call. Our complex manager is great and you can always find here planning event to show they appreciate their residents. I would always recommend taking a look, who knows this maybe your next home. C.P.
The grounds are well kept. The pool although it doesnt have a solar cover to keep it warm is wonderful. My daughter will jump in even if it is freezing. The maintenance are so quick and fix everything that you ask for. Amy and the crew are super caring. I love the events they plan and unique ways to get rent discounts. It is very close to Giant Eagle and shops. Planet Firness is across the street There are swings and a slide suitable for young children. I wish there was a clubhouse or extra storage but you cant have it all. Come check them out...you might find your next home.
My name is Karla and I have been living in the Meadows for almost 21 years. In that time it has been a pleasant experience. I would recommend, and have done so numerous times in the past, the meadows to friend and family alike. The management and staff are really good about addressing any of the issues I've had in a timely manner. The grounds are well maintained and very clean.
The property, is in a quiet meadow. Many who aren’t immediately familiar with the property might consider it “hidden”, yet its less than a 100 yards from the models’ front door to the myriad of shops, retail outlets, boutique stores, restaurants & fast food establishments, new car dealerships, grocery stores & pharmacies, several salons, & yes a bowling alley. Venture 1 miles further & walk yourself, your dog or both on Mill Creek Parks’ Hiking & Biking Trails or travel another block & hit the links (36) and enjoy some golf. All of this within approximately 3 mile of your new front door! I’ve live here, in the same apartment for 10 years. What I love most: TOP 3: The property The location The staff & management company (Grade A people; professional, kind & friendly)
We moved to this community six years ago and the apartment is very spacious and is perfect for our family. Our Property Manager is great and always there if we need her for anything. Nice pool, secured building and clean! I recommend The Meadows 100%.
Great apt, nice location, if ur NOT a weed head, don't do it. Was forced OUT by the overwhelming smell of marijuana coming from the 1st floor, my son and I were on the 3rd We literally had a contact high every weekend
I lived here for 3yrs. I recently moved and wished I haven't. I had a one bedroom home. It was small but very cute and clean. There is a washer and dryer on every floor and I was right next to it. The reason why I moved is because I wanted something bigger and the kids in my building was starting to get loud. Other than that I love Simco Management and they took very good care of me. I got all of my sercuity deposit back too. I think after my year is up on my current place, I might go back to Simco.
