Meadows acts fast to correct problems relating to onboarding into a unit. Meadows puts an emphasis on good customer satisfaction and resolves problems timely. The meadows deserves 5 Gold Stars, excellent management skills
Office staff is kind and helpful. Maintenance is fast and friendly. The grounds are well-kept. The pool is delightful, well-maintained and safe. For the money this place is a gem!
I live at the Meadows appartment, they have a wonderful staff, they keep the ground clean, they always help when they can, it's a wonderful place to stay
Most of what is listed on their website is absolute lies. NO PRIVATE BALCONY OR PATIO. KITCHENS ARE NOT FULLY EQUIPPED. APPLIANCES PROVIDED ARE NOT IN GOOD CONDITION! ROACH INFESTED. SARCASTIC, RUDE MANAGEMENT. NO 24-HOUR MAINTENANCE ON-SITE. Waited one month for leaky bathtub repair and two weeks for broken thermostat replacement. Don't believe any of their claims. This place sucks!
I love my apartment at The Meadows, it’s spacious, convenient and affordable. The community is clean and well kept. I recommend these apartments to my family & friends as well. The Management/Staff are friendly and professional. Maintenance is timely and attentive. It’s a nice, quiet complex located close to just about everything one would need…a great place to call HOME!
I have lived at The Meadows for 5 years now. My one bedroom apartment is a great value compared to other properties in Waco. Mary and the office staff work hard to keep the property clean and quiet. I have gone through several managers since I've been here, and can truly say, Mary has been the best. She cares about her property. As far as roaches go, they have pest control monthly. I do not have roaches. You have to do your part, take trash out daily and do not keep dirty dishes in your sink. The maintenance staff are always polite and do work orders efficiently. So all in all, I would recommend The Meadows as a great place to live.
The property is managed by a truly friendly staff, including the maintenance workers who attend to any issue I have the same day I put in a maintenance request. It's a huge place for a really cheap price. Quiet, safe, and in a pretty good location. I feel kinda blessed that I found this place. And yeah, there are insects around--because it's Texas. Nothing out of the ordinary there.
Yes, we are all tough and can stomp on roaches, right? We can spray them. We can let management INTRUDE and have their pest people SPRAY. but, but , but what happens when you find them CRAWLING on you at night? Folks? That's a DIFFERENT ballgame. I don't care if you are the toughest MMA fighter this side of the mississippi....you are NOT going to LIKE roaches and BUGS waking you up at 2 or 3am...crawling on you....I guarantee that part! According to Management? It is ALL our fault! WE....WE.......WE....brought all those roaches and bugs with us. So, i broke my lease and....left. LIFE IS SOOOOO MUCH BETTER NOW!!!
This place and management sucks. Once you have any type of negative encounter with management she acts like a witch and be rude with you from that point on.. Not the way to run a apt complex. The kids outside are always denting my car and when told security he does nothing about it. The front pool is never opened. Overall the place is trash.
