Property Ratings at The Meadows Apartment Homes
It is excellent because the office staff were caring, professional, and efficient in every way possible. I also want to say that the neighbors were very friendly, and at the same time minding their own business.
Would not recommend these apartments. They are roach expensive and they stink as well. They maintenance men are lazy and don’t fumigate like they should. It is horrible. There are better apartments out there for less that are bigger and big free!
When I first moved in these apartments they where ok,but now the new management people I don't know they don't come fix anything they make people stay here even if you want to move out they make you stay extra months cause I don't want an eviction on my name I give them 30 day notice but they saying I can't until April 1st so I gotta stay here in this mildew apartment until May
Very happy with service provided by my office. They are very helpful and understanding. Had a few struggles financially before, but Pangea was always patient and friendly and worked with me every step of the way. Very satisfied with them.
The transition from student housing to being a lesee is usually difficult in that complexes are reluctant to trust younger renters. Here you have the essentials at a reasonable price in a fairly central area, which affords you the chance to go ahead and look for a job and start your life.
