Property Ratings at The McManus
I was one of the first tenants in the building, so far I’ve been really pleased with my decision to rent an apartment here. It’s close to my job and I can get down to NYC easily to visit family. The management were a breeze to work with and addressed any questions I had promptly.
We are new tenants in the McManus Building, for just over a month now. The building was recently finished after what must have been a very extensive renovation. Everything is new and the quality of finishes is above and beyond compared to some of the other buildings we toured. It's extremely quiet and the lounge and gym are great spaces! The location is super convenient too!
We just moved in about a month ago and are loving everything about the property! The big windows bring in so much natural light into the apartment and everything is brand new! Dishwasher, easy to clean stove tops, a HUGE bathroom, and the communal gym is perfect for a quick workout! There’s plenty of washers on every floor so finding an open washer hasn’t been challenging and the building is located in a great area! Truly nothing to complain about!
I’ve been really happy living here. The complex is new, clean, and has a great modern feel — all the appliances are brand new and everything just works the way it should. The neighbors are friendly, professional, and respectful, which makes the community feel really comfortable and safe. It’s quiet, well-kept, and the management actually cares — they’re quick to respond and keep the place looking great. Overall, it’s been a really positive experience and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice, modern place to live.
