Property Ratings at The Maven
This place is horrible (Dirty and noisy apartment). Hidden fees are pretty high. Known fees also increase by too much amount. Mail (pricy delivery items) get stollen all the time. Most issues don't get resolve. I would NOT recommend. Find alternative place.

I’m a quadriplegic who needed a spacious, one bed, one bath, ground floor apartment. The second I started talking to the folks at The Maven, it felt right. I knew this was going to be my future home. Rafael, Brittney, and Cassidy helped me find the perfect spot. They are wonderful folks who work hard and are super friendly. The floor plans are awesome. Plenty of space for my big power chair to ride around. I looked at lots of other apartment complexes before I found Maven. None of them gave me the feeling that The Maven did. It’s the people, the environment, and the fantastic look and feel of the actual apartments. Ten stars!!!!

The customer service was great, the lady I talked to even went and looked at the apartment I wanted and told me what it looked like. She was amazing. But after doing the application and being charged $300 for the application and getting denied even though I make 4x the monthly rent was a bad experience. If you don't have excellent credit don't even apply. The application process is terrible

Once you’ve completed and submitted your application to the leasing agent, you can usually expect to hear back within 24 to 72 hours. With that being said, I submitted my application to The Maven at Suwanee on April 25, 2021 at 1:45 PM. My first follow-up, via email, was on April 28th at 5:08 PM; no response. So, I decided to call and leave a voicemail message on April 30th; still no response. After not receiving a call-back, I submitted an on-line contact form later in the day; you guessed it, no response. Unless you think this is the norm, may I suggest that you DO NOT apply for this apartment complex. This is not the norm and it is unacceptable. There are other apartments with better communication skills. Now we wait for the $300.00 application/admin refund. Of course, minus the "sucker" fee they take from you.
