The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I lived here from June of 2015 to December of 2015. The reason I moved out was my apartment was infested with FLEAS. I repeatedly notified management, and all they would do is come up to my apartment with the spray you can buy at the grocery store, and spray the corners and the baseboards. As such, the fleas kept coming back. Before all this happened, things were still terrible. They began construction on the building about a month after I moved in. They would start working on the floors, and then stop and start something else. They were in the process of installing a video intercom system in all the apartments, but they left a 1 foot by 1 foot hole in the wall and patched it up with paper. When I left, they hadn't finished any of the construction projects they had began. The windows leaked when it rained, and when I called management to have the issue addressed, they tried to blame the people who installed the windows, and then never fixed the issue. What's more, an orange mold-like substance would leak out of the wall under the window when the rain water leaked in. I'm sure this place was great a long time ago, and it could be great again, but don't believe the pictures. This place is WAAAAY over priced, and management is terrible. This is probably the reason that at least half the building is empty, something unheard of in San Diego. I am currently in the process of trying to get my security deposit back, and they have exceeded the legal 21 day turn-around period for returning my deposit.
