The community is full of amenities that will help you rebalance, full of people who are kind and do care, and geographically close to major land sites and events of the city. The office staff make our living experience here truly living.
I highly recommend this apartment complex! The management and maintenance teams are incredibly professional and attentive. The location is perfect, close to restaurants, shopping, and the university. Amenities like the resort-style pool, fitness center, dog park, and clubhouse are fantastic, and the property is always well-maintained. Overall, it's a wonderful place to live, offering both convenience and luxury.
The marlow is a new apartment complex that is right across the street from Forest park and extremely close to the major shopping centers. The apartment is modern with an open floorplan. The kitchen is very spacious and the walls are well insulated from the extreme heat. I enjoy the views especially near the forest on the patio. There are many amenities specifically with the pool area and fitness room are better than most in the area. The management team has been amazing since the beginning, always willing to help and work with me on any situations. The maintenance is very good in my experience and are always polite and helpful when things go wrong. The only negative is the sound proof could be slightly better but the community is very quiet overall.
We have been leasing a 2 bed 2 bath apartment since July and have had no complaints. Very nice pool, fitness center, mail room, as well as the apartment. If you are looking for a place to live in Gainesville that is quiet, safe, and close to UF and Butler Plaza this is the place.
My girlfriend and I have been living here since July. Great and quiet community. Perla has always been a great help when needed. Love the pool and offered amenities.
Super friendly community! It feels safe and is kept very clean. The amenities are great, and the office is very helpful. Perla is amazing to work with!
We have lived here for about 6 months and we thoroughly enjoy it. Dog friendly, beautiful pool, dog park/pickleball court across the road (easy walk). I feel safe in the complex and neighbors are great. The leasing office is easy to work with and very friendly. Mail room is very nice as well! We plan to renew our lease here!
The staff at the Marlow are some of the best people Ive ever worked/lived with. When the water heater in my unit leaked before I could even move in the staff were so quick to repair the problem and all the damage in the apartment for free, and were flexible moving me and ensuring I got what I was looking for. Theyre also always available and kind. I also love the amenities and the area. Quiet, modern, but also so close to butler plaza and my job couldn't have asked for a better place.
