Property is very nice and the leasing office/maintenance is always quick to respond to questions/requests/concerns. Townhomes are quiet even with next door neighbors. Currently amenities are under construction but leasing office gives updates when they can about progress being made to make sure we are up to date. Green spaces nearby and not a very busy street. Would recommend to anyone looking for someone peaceful to live.

Been looking for a rental townhome in Harrisonburg for over a month and at first only found older worn out homes. I found The Mark online and have had an amazing experience. The staff (Beverly and Carson) is very friendly and attentive. My move-in went very smooth and love my townhome.
