Family friendly, and staff is incredible!

When first contacting Mya she was very prompt in getting back to us. The move in was so smooth and staying here has been nothing but amazing. Mya has been an incredible help to us.

Wonderful staff!!

My husband and I have lived here for about a year now and we love it. The property is beautiful. The staff though is what makes this place so awesome. They are so patient and understanding. Brandy is always willing to help out and give information at anytime. Kara is always around if you need anything and is always smiling ! Sam is always willing to answer any questions or handle any concerns you may have. Dolton is the best maintenance man ever! The only thing I wish could change, is if the rules could be a bit more Enforced. If you move here , you won’t regret it !

Amazing Staff!

Kara is absolutely AWESOME! I live on the ground floor and have a small yard for my dog, Brody. I came home from work and went to go outside like we do everyday and the gate was left opened by the landscapers. Brody promptly took advantage and bolted out to explore. I followed him on foot and then I lost him. I headed back to the apartment to get my car and called the front office. Kara answers, I told her what happened and she IMMEDIATELY jumped in the golf cart and joined the search. Brody was found safe and sound, thank goodness. My dog is my baby, he is my family. And to know that Kara would take action so quickly to help him means everything to me. I cannot say enough great things about the staff here. It’s a great community.

I’ve lived at multiple apartments over the years this one is by far the best experience. The office staff along with the maintenance guy Greg goes above and beyond to take care of you. Super nice people! Check this place out

BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY!

This is such a beautiful complex. The layout, amenities, interiors, and POOL area are amazing. The staff is also super friendly and professional.

Best living experience

I have lived in a few places all over the country. Moving to The Mark at Midlothian has been the best experience and the most hassle free move I have ever been through. The staff is very attentive and actually care. I feel welcomed living here and part of a community!
