The Mark is my forever home. Been here since December 2015. The staff - Chris and Ellen and maintenance - RIch and Joe are truly a cut above the rest. I have never seen such a clean building, nary a piece of garbage and no bugs or dirt. The facility is a ten. My only complaint is the neighbors - they are very noisy and I find that inconsiderate. But that is nothing to do with the building or staff. Best place to live.

Location is great. Accommodations, size, comfort are fair. Would like to have more direct communication with on-site staff. Makes it very impersonal that the number to the office rings to a call center and is answered by someone in Idaho rather than someone who can help with the immediate need.

The positive reviews were written by friends and family of the staff. Or by fake review services! This place needs to be shut down for extremely bad quality and awful service. This is a lousy excuse of an "apartment". Extremely loud, dirty hallways, horrible parking structure that is shared by the valet parking and street people. Beware of this building and it's unacceptably inflated lease cost.

The apartment, the views, amenities, location, pet friendly although you would not know it because it is always clean and welcoming! The staff is always approachable, helpful, accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly! Kenneth always goes above and beyond assisting; the concierge and the maintenance staff are always very helpful and friendly! I really enjoy living at The Mark!

Yes I moved in the Mark about 15 months ago and decided to move into a studio apt that was surprisingly a very comfortable apt I didnt feel that I was in typical dark very small apt so I stayed in that apt for a year then decided to renew my lease for another year so I did however one day I noticed workers preparing a 1 bedroom directly across my studio so I Went down and asked Kenneth who btw is a perfect gentleman and always a pleasure to talk to about the new 1 bedroom and my luck Ken looked into it and got back to me the next day that it was mine if I was interested now iam in and absolutely love living here!!! Coming from Manhattan, I wasn't sure how I'd take to a building that didn't have a 24/7 doorman/concierge with around the clock security. So far, there haven't been any issues - I feel very safe in the building, the common areas are kept very clean, and the area just outside the building is very well taken care of. The pool is amazing, and the residents seem pretty nice. Kenneth has been an absolute godsend - he's resolved any outstanding issues flawlessly and and he does it with a great attitude. I'm very happy with my choice of living here.

We love living at The Mark. Its a beautifully maintained building with all the amenities one could ask for. The location is fabulous, right in the heart of downtown Boca with everything right outside your door.
