Property Ratings at The Marina at Martha Lake
I was initially skeptical after reading a recent review, but Gowthami clarified all my doubts during the tour. The property is well-maintained and offers good value for the price.
I would recommend a different apartment community in the Martha Lake area of Lynnwood around 164th. The rent for 3bed is $3,000-$3,100 after typical parking (1 carport and 1 uncovered) with utilities. The sewer is currently being overcharged by the water district and the utility and apartment management haven't resolved the issue. This unit is partly renovated so the cabinets are newer. The surfaces are in ok condition. However the bathrooms both lack fans venting to outdoors so they are growing mold. After putting in two work orders, the apartment management keeps closing them as 'resolved' and not replacing fans and molded drywall. I'm still seeking repair work.
I live in this residence with my daughter and granddaughter. We are pleased with our separate bedrooms. I especially like ground floor, no steps, easy to find and spacious common area. I use a walker and the walkways are easy to navigate except for pine cones.

I highly recommend this apartment community. I'm surrounded by kind neighbors, I enjoy the tranquility in and out if my home and the neighborhood has been safe for my children and I. The staff is absolutely wonderful. I always recommend to everyone.
Woodstone‘s apartment is a very peaceful place to live
Overall, I am quite pleased to live here. The management and staff are very professional and courteous, a pleasure to deal with. I have complaints that cannot be addressed by them: the awful thumping “music” from the car wash just behind my apartment; noises from the gas station, and the sounds of cars racing at unlawful speeds on 164 Street.
Woodstone is a wonderful, quiet community. It's situated in such a convenient location and has largely been the best value for the space and amenities that we could find!
I've been a woodstone resident for over a year now, and I must say this place is far above the other around our neighborhood. Like any community m, we have minor issues but the office and maintaince staff are exceptional and that is what sets Woodstone apart! Come and join us, I promise you won't regret it :)
I truly enjoy my living experience at Woodstone.Apartments. The staff is congenial, receptive and professional. The land scaping and maintenance services are superb and consistent. It really does feel like you are in your own private home. If the rent does not spiral, I would be happy to live here for many years to come.

Apartment was filthy and needed repairs upon move, I had to clean the entire place before I could move in, things still are not fixed 3 months later. I have had 2 stoves replaced and could not cook for the first 2 weeks because my stove was broke, dryer has broken multiple times and is still broke, I was without hot water for 2 days in the middle of this pandemic and every week some appliances stops working
The management is great here and they do their best to help you

No complaints, Marisela seems to truly care about her residents and the community is always clean and quiet.
Or family has lived here over three years now. The rent is too high, there's the worst people in the office, the maintenance people like to drink on the job and leave alcohol bottles in your place while they do repairs! There is NO parking so you gotta park across the street in the neighborhood. Plus the insect infestation! Fleas and bedbugs everywhere! I hate living here
