The apartment complex is wonderful, the staff is helpful and informative. The environment of the apartments is great. We had an issue with the partially vs fully renovated units, in terms of clarity. However overall it has been good.

The property is very well maintained. Parking is an issue. It's hard to find a spot when I get home at night and the cars are parked so close together it's hard to carry groceries and other bulky items in

Moving in was a quick process and everyone was so kind. Maintenance also works very fast and my request was fixed the same day I put it in. It also is in a beautiful area with a park just down the road. I highly recommend living here.

Great place to live they are always finding things to do for the community and with the people living in the complex. Absolutely amazing place especially if you’re struggling yourself they always find ways to help you and they work with you and work on helping you with your rent as much as they can. It's a quiet neighborhood close to highways and close to shopping centers. A few restaurants that are around. Has a movie theater with an i-max down the street.

It nice to be here. I love my walk in closet. People are friendly too. I can’t wait to see more experience. The stuff are amazing too, very professional.
Everything is perfect other than the fact it took a while to get moved in and getting passed the apps th pool and community room is also very useful!

Windows and doors are old and very drafty. Both doors need to be repainted and they let a lot of cold air in the winter and let the cold air out in the summer. I would be more comfortable and invite friends and family if the doors were painted and cleaned up and fixed to stop the drafts.

The apartment was not cleaned or maintenanced well before move in but it’s nice overall. The complex and amenities as a whole are very nice. The parking spots are tiny

I’ve been living here for about 4 months now and it’s been great! It’s pretty quiet around my building and haven’t had any issues. Maintenance is always quick if I need something and the managers have been great! Only complaint is the amount of dog waste in the grass in the median…but nothing to management’s fault.

This property is trash. Do not recommend. This property charges a monthly pest control service fee to it's tenants, however the pest control treatment does not prevent Brown Recluse spiders from invading. The property is aware of this. The property provides glue traps for tenants as their solution for the Brown Recluse. When it is reported that weekly invasion continues to take place within a tenant's unit, the property's response is that their contracted pest control service will spray the interior every two weeks and to provide the tenant more glue traps. So, the cycle of extreme stress and anxiety continues for the tenant and rounds and rounds of reporting to the property go on and on. The property does not provide any exterior preventive pest treatment. They advise you that the property is old.

Very friendly, very simple process. Fantastic apartment!I loved the fact that you can tell they take pride in their properties. Large complex but love the fact there are 2 pools, dog park area, and the parking isn’t crowded regardless of time!

Nolia on the Hill has been a great apartment complex to move into. The atmosphere feels safe and like home and the office employees are so friendly and helpful. The actual apartments are so nice too. From start to finish the process of moving in here for my wife and I has been absolutely amazing, we didnt wait too long for anything, any and all questions we had were answered promptly and on-time, and once our applications were approved, we were in in no time! We had the pleasure of working with Whitney for a short period of time but she went her own way and we got Megan in her place! Awesome to work with and we have been so excited since the approval, our apartment has been astonishing since coming in, the space and leisure of the space is very welcoming and spacious from top to bottom! Needless to say, we have been very happy since moving in here, the reviews we seen werent that great because of the whole “Mansion to Nolia” phase, but our experience with the people they have now has been extremely present, not knocking any of those reviews because some of them are personal but I feel those were moments the company wasnt being represented at its best and we all have our moments! <3

The maintance isn't very good here. They take to long to fix task or do it incorrectly. They could be better with the price that is paid here.

We have lived here almost 8 years. Moving from a 2 bedroom to a 3 was the best after my husbands stroke 4 years ago. Maintenance folks are great.

Everything has been perfect so far. The staff are very friendly and they accommodate your needs. The non-renovated apartments are decent and I love the wood-burning fireplace. I would say the only thing is that I can hear my upstairs neighbors walking around.

Beautiful place to live. Wish we had a jacuzzi lol but I enjoy all the amenities we have. Wish we didn't change so many property owners in the 5 years I've been here, so that's where the lack of one star comes in. But as many annoyances as we have I'd still prefer this place over any other around here. We have considered leaving at times but end up finding out that other places have terrible maintenance and management that don't address problems with units. Our maintenance is always on top of everything.

I have left a few reviews before. I enjoy my stay here at the Mansions. I would love to give it 5 stars but, I have lived here now over 5 years, and the apartments can use some updates. ESPECIALLY appliances. And Also, I jhave hardly EVER had to interact with the office, but Kelly in the office is a JOY to work with.

So far it hasnt been too bad. And its not the managements fault in the leasing department but some of the maintenance isnt paying attention to nothing in the apartments and i shouldnt have to pay for most of this months rent for some reason i have too tho. But its okay

Should look great once all construction is all completed. Maintenance issues are addressed in a timely manner. It is a quiet, friendly community.

So far I love everything except that I have to squeeze in between cars to get to the walkway to my apartment. I'm still moving stuff in so it's really hard squeezing through the parked cars.

Very fast, reliable and friendly maintenance crew and great community! Everyone is friendly and keeps the complex nice and clean between trash and dog droppings in the scenic complex!
