The building is basically a dump
Poor maintenance, unsanitary, needs cosmetic work inside, super is lazy, building circulation fan is so loud it drowns out conversation on the upper floors, locker floors are covered in mice droppings,stairwell floors are never mopped, dogs urinate on the landings & is not cleaned up, garbage collection area is constantly invaded by animals.
