What can I say, where do I begin? I have been a resident of The Manor City Place for over 2 years and every time I stop by the office the team is just so helpful! Suzanne, Maria, Kelly, Armani just are a blessing with every visit! I am In customer service with the highest standards and they surpass all expectations every time. The place is always clean, great pool vibes, great social room, business center, spinning, and the building is super quiet! All the neighbors meet for social events every month last month had the best Paella! Fun fun fun and great family property! Thank you Manor City Place!!
I’ve lived here a few months now and it’s been great. The front office staff has been incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. They go above and beyond to make sure all residents feel welcome and valued. The location is also unbeatable, being that it’s only a 2 minute walk to City Place Doral!
I’ve been living here for 2 years and I love it! The locations is great. Close to many restaurants! Everyone that works in the leasing office and maintenance is so helpful and great attitude. If you’re thinking on moving to Doral, this is a great place.
An improvement has been felt with the new management company. The office team is approachable, friendly, and helpful. The property looks cleaner and well maintained. Close to major highways and shopping centers. I would recommend this place hands down.
bad experience! it is not a place to live with your family. Huge dogs live that almost attacked me, make coconut, and pee everywhere ... I stayed with my kitchen sink for 1 week without the maintenance being very bad, they take a long time to solve the problems. And the issue of guest parking is limited, my daughter does therapies with different specialists every day and they have nowhere to park and do not give me a solution ... the only answer "the rule is for everyone" the manager was very arrogant and solved nothing. So don't move to a place like this if you need comfort and tranquility.

I had the opportunity to live at The Manor for 13 months, which both my family and I enjoyed. It's like living in a hotel with all the comforts and privacy of having your private apartment. The attention of the staff is warm and they provide an excellent service when you need it. Your social areas are always well maintained and you feel safe and comfortable. I recommend it amply.

Don't Live Here! New management has been the worst! They don't seem to care about security nor cleaning the property! They are unresponsive to service requests and seem uncaring when you talk to them! I'm so disappointed with the Manor's management! Won't renew my lease!
Manor's new management is the worst! They don't want to do anything for you. They keep saying that they will take care of issues later but nothing done. - Carpets are filthy with dog urine. - No security - Gates remain open for weeks where anyone can enter! - I was promised a parking change and refuse to take care of it! - Lights have been off in the parking lot since the hurricane! - They don't respond to repairs requests! - It's always "later" with them! They don't fix anything! - Their was no portal for over a month! - They will not give me an email for Manager Other than these things, the old issues repair the same or worse. - They don't do anything about noisy neighbors - They got rid of the security guard so there is no safety at night - The place is out of control residents misbehaving and allowed to do so The Manor has gotten worst with the new management company! DIRTIER, LESS SAFE, LESS SECURE, no communication! This place has gone to the dogs... literally! DON'T RENT HERE!

The easiest way to describe staying here is by comparing it to a resort that you'll never have to leave! The hallways, the grounds keepers, and even the coordinately dressed office staff will make you feel like you're in a hotel. With CityPlace being built literally across the street, this location will be prime real estate pretty soon.

Beautiful apartments and the best amenity package in the city of Doral. Very friendly staff and helpful. Great maintenance team. My favorite spot is the courtyard with jacuzzi and relaxing waterfall.
