About The Madison

Take advantage of living on one of the best streets of West Hollywood, Alfred. This newly renovated building is in a residential neighborhood, a few blocks from Melrose, La Cienega, and Santa Monica Blvd. This allows easy access to some of the city's best restaurants, bars, and shopping. The developers took pride in renovations and construction. Units have LG smart appliances, West Elm and other designer finishes, Ring doorbells, SPC flooring with waterproof and scratch resistance, LED mirrors in the bathroom, rain shower heads, light filtering shades, and central ac/ heat. Some units will have the luxury of Waterfall islands, deep delta tubs, and a private yard. All units will have their own private balcony. The property will also provide gated entries, a gated parking lot, security cameras for the building, and a Butterfly MX intercom system for video viewing entry. Entry on every unit will be keyless, using Yale + Nest, which can be unlocked with a code or through your phone. Each unit will also have its own dryer and washer. Tenants will also have the luxury of enjoying the building's brand new pool and lounge area. There are ev chargers installed in some parking spaces. There are a total of 16 units in the building. 4 units have 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Meanwhile, the other 12 units have 1 bedroom and 1 bath. Pricing and sqft will vary depending on the unit.
