so far it has been good. i just moved in so i dont have much to say but everytime i requested maintenance issue they responded fairly quickly. i am a new tenant so all the maintenance i am requesting is no fault to the management.
I like the location and the price is decent. The things I vehemently are mandatory fees for the gym and pool, neither of which I use. However, I am forced to pay a monthly fee for both. This adds up. Secondly, I don't like the fact that I am forced to pay to have a valet trash service. This, too, adds up, so between the pool, gym, valet trash service, I think it's around $50 or so every month! I am responsible enough to take out my own trash, yet I am not given a choice, which I REALLY don't like. Were it not been for these fees, which I feel are ripping me off, I would have opted for 5 stars.
beautiful apartment, but the quality of certain things in the units could be way better for how much we pay. Maintenance is rude and neighbors are very rude as well for no reason and very noisy. Already have had multiple issues and I’ve only lived here for 3 days.
Leasing office staff are very nice, located in beautiful and safe community, walking distance to the mall, shops, and restaurants. Great amenities.

Although I like living in my current unit, it is only because of the amount of natural light it gets. My issue is with the complex itself. There are always power outages, security gates to the parking structure don’t close, water is always shut off for “maintenance” hours past the scheduled time, and the elevators reek of urine. Also, the mail and package system is unreliable and packages are always being lost. Management, HOA, and the security team do not communicate properly with each other so the security protocol is unclear and confusing. Management once held on to a package of mine for 3 months. The security team will have your registered resident vehicle towed because they “do not have access” to a list of registered cars which makes no sense. Overall, I would not recommend this place!! Save your time and money :)

We love our apartment but very disappointed in overall management’s response to maintenance needs. Trash maintenance is in dire need of repairs after over 6 months of requests and promises.

My family lived at the Madison for over 10 years. We've recently moved out because we had to relocate for work. If we ever end up back in Santa Clarita, we will make the Madison our home once again. In our time there, the property manager, Tara was friendly, professional, and attentive. When we rarely had a problem, she handled it the same day. I can also say the same for the maintenance staff. Whenever we had a work request, the staff handled it properly right away. The amenities were also great. The focus of our day was the pool many times. With youthful tenants drawn to the pool and the barbecues, there was always a fun atmosphere. Everyone was there to get along and relax. The Madison is a great place.

I want to give it a 4.5 not a 4. The experience at the Madison was an awesome one! I think what made it that way was the way Tara and the management team really went above and beyond to help us with every little detail. Great people and warm atmosphere to live in. Noise was an issue some times due to noisy neighbors that were not considerate or courteous of other residents but Tara was able to manage it every time we brought it up to her. She was very helpful on everything! I would recommend these apartments to a friend if they ever consider living there. Thanks once again to the Madison team! Good experience there not to mention safe!

Normally, I would want to help with this. But currently, the situation is such that I would not recommend the Madison to anyone except for the office staff and maintenance staff. They are awesome. There's a lot of stuff going on here out of their control that makes this place difficult to defend the pricing.

I have had my apartment here since November 2019 and I have to admit that is has been a great experience so far. Not only are the staff members very kind and proactive, but also the apartment complex is very beautiful. The location is walking distance to many stores, shops, and restaurants. By far the best apartments in the area! 5-Stars!!

We were so excited to move here; it all went south when we realized we were surrounded by party apartments bought by Princess Cruises where they keep their staff. Living here was an endless circles or emails and Calls to have the noise level lowered. Floors and walls are also paper thin and you can hear everything around/ top and below of you.

My wife and I looked at all the top apartment communities in Valencia for our upcoming move in February 2020. The Madison's renovations are the best we ever saw! Honestly, there was not one other community that had the convenience to shopping and dining, the large interiors or amenities that this community had. We toured with the manager, Tara and she immediately put at ease and made it seem like leasing at this community would be super easy. We cannot wait to come back and lease with The Madison!

We have been residents at the Madison at Town Center for three years now. By far the residents weve made friends with make this feel like home. Additionally, staff, maintenance and security have all treated us with extra kindness. My husband has a disability and I feel like I have extra sense of security with everyone looking out for our well being. The Madison I always say is Resort living and the people all around us are the frosting in the cake!!!

Lived at the Madison in 2 different apartments for 19 months, current management is a huge step down from when I moved in. My "Newly Renovated" apartment had a total of 12 maintenance issues, AC/heat not even throughout the unit, never fixed. Toilet fixed after 3 tries, broken water heater, broken water pipes causing 4 different visits from maintenance to repair over 8 days, needing the wall to be ripped out and completely replaced with a horrible paint job dripping paint on the floor and cabinets. I am not exaggerating in any way, this apartment was a nightmare and the tenants above were above noisy, waking my roommate up, security could do nothing about it. Don't rent here, there are nicer places over in Stevenson Ranch which are less expensive also.

I recently moved into my new apartment here at The Madison. The manager, Tara made the leasing process very easy for me. Everyone working in the leasing office are extremely helpful and have great customer service. the grounds are well maintained and the maintenance staff are prompt and knowledgeable. I highly recommend renting here.

Cannot ask for a better community, people and staff are so friendly. Love that it is a dog community!!
