I love living at the Madison. The community is a nice collection of a people where one can make many acquaintances/friendship or be very private if they so choose. The facilities are excellent, well-maintained and very conveniently structured. The responsiveness of the management is great and the maintenance team always provides quick and effective service. The location to local amenities and the highway is great, yet set back far enough from it all to have the safety and quiet of a private community. It is a wonderful place to live and I would recommend it to anyone from individuals to families.

The madison has been a very positive and beautiful place for me and my daughter to live. I feel as though we have our privacy but also the joy of knowing our neighbors. Lot of people smoking. No one cares about parking rules. Dogs pooping right outside our first floor window when it is only 60 yards away from the woods. Smell smoke all the time in the apartment.

We send community notices reminding all residents of policies which are common sense and practical. Surface parking is Free and unassigned. We offer garages at a reasonable price as an alternative. Residents should ensure walkways and wheelchair accessibility remains unobstructed. Our buildings are smoke free. Dog owners should absolutely show courtesy in choosing a more discreet location for potty time. The woods are close by for several buildings, but dog owners should still respect mother nature. There are things I love about living here.. My apt is beautiful. The common areas and grounds are well-maintained. Love the amenities like the gym and pool. Residents and workers all seem very nice. Down side is moving in is super challenging bc we had to park like 3 lots over. Parking nearby is rare and it is a pain lugging groceries in bc I am typically parked 3 lots over and then I have 3 flights up. There's one dog that constantly barks here.

My wife and I have been at The Madison at Marshfield going on 3 years now and couldn't be happier. The cleanliness is next level and welcoming. Paul and the rest of the maintenance staff are friendly and always answer in a timely manner. Danielle and Aurora are knowledgeable and always available for questions, e-mails, or a phone call.

Front office staff is timely in answering concerns/questions and very friendly and professional. The maintenance team is very responsive and helpful. We have lived in 2 different apartments and the balcony views are great and apartments in clean, nice condition!

The staff is very professional, both office and maintenance. I have always had very timely and courteous interactions with them. The buildings and amenities are very beautiful, and the amenities, especially the gym are excellent. Resident smoking, cleanliness of common area hallways, and abuse of common areas seems to be a problem. The grills definitely need maintenance. Also the appliances, dishwasher, HVAC, refrigerator are very noisy.

!2good things i really enjoy about living here is the quiet and all the trails out back for me and my dog to explore. Management is a joke! So many problems are brought to there attention and nothing is done. We are told to move if we don't like it here. Not enough time to list all the issues. But there are so many other problems take a min and talk to any resident and you will quickly wonder where the 5 star reviews are coming from.

We are very happy being here. Conditions and experiences have been great. Our only complaint is that there are insufficient rest areas. If you a walker, there are only two benches.

The property management and maintenance staff are professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. The facility common areas both inside and outside are meticulously maintained all-year-round. Paul, the Maintenance Manager, expeditiously responds to emergency and urgent maintenance issues, and oversees the common area and landscaping services which are always maintained in excellent condition. I lived in this community for 27 months and always felt safe. The residents are friendly but not intrusive. There are many children in all age ranges who have always been respectful and courteous. All-in-all, a great community to live in!
