Property Ratings at The Madelon
The Madelon is beautiful and sophisticated. The neighborhood manages to be both quiet and livable and yet lively and fun. There are many restaurants, bars, and grocery stores nearby.
So far I am greatly impressed by the hospitality and homeliness of this place. The Madelon exudes comfort, style, and polish. Happy to be here!
My roommate and I moved out of The Madelon one year ago. We still have not received our security deposit back, even after countless requests to The Madelon team, whom we have not heard from in months. This is the most disappointed I've ever been with an apartment management team. I would not recommend living at The Madelon.
The Madelon is a terrific apartment. Very reasonable apartment in a location close to everything. Really enjoy the amenities and features in my home. It gets very hot in the mission, so be aware they don’t have AC. Otherwise, I’m loving my experience thus far.
The leasing office at the Madelon is unparalleled. Claudia, Corey, and all of the building staff are so responsive and efficient. They made my move in so seamless despite having technical difficulties on their end. The building itself is gorgeous and the area is such a delightful pocket of people, restaurants, and small businesses. I’ve lived in many apartments but this is hands down my favorite home I’ve ever lived in.
Lovely staff, super efficient, lovely atmosphere throughout building.
The building and community has everything covered, from having helpful building managers, amenities and services, and friendly residents. It's reassuring to know that any issue we have as residents are tended to with care. We love living here, and it will be a sad day should we ever part ways!

The Madelon is a fantastic community with top amenities, a great location, and helpful management.
The Madelon is a new community, so all our neighbors are new to us and us to them. The staff here work hard to make everyone feel welcome and connected in this difficult time. Theres a ton of outdoor space including a rooftop and courtyard where Ive been able to meet and chat with my neighbors in a safe way.
Beautiful building in super convenient location. Both close to things and yet quiet.
My boyfriend and I love living here and were very impressed with the management team that helped us get here! We take full advantage of the beautiful rooftop patio and can't wait for the gym to open when safe to do so. 5 stars!
Amazing building, so stylish and incredible staff! Unfortunate timing that it opened up during COVID, but this has not affected our touring, move-in, and living experience at all.
