Nestled between downtown Fort Worth and nearby Arlington, the East Fort Worth area combines the best of both areas. Excellent and professional service Office staff is very professional and made me feel welcome. The apartment is good. As far as I can see, the only thing is the blinds are just a little damaged. I would definitely recommend this community.

Leasing office I like the the office staff and have so far been helpful in my moving process. However, there are just a few staff members and i know that overwhelm them sometimes. Better staffing number will help them in the future. Also, they have no control over what maintenance does and i feel i'll be the type of resident that will constantly complain about them. Over all like the apartment and getting use tobit.

When I first moved in I came in sight unseen and was thankful that I took the leap of faith and proceeded. The unit is large and the floorplan just makes sense. The office staff is courteous, considerate and kind. They work with you as you move through real life situations and circumstances and maintenance is on point. They proceed in a timely fashion given the amount of maintenance staff and the count of units they are working with. They always get the job done. I love that the property is under 24 hour surveillance with the cameras and find that it is a safe community. I work remotely so I am home all the time and I find that it is always quiet, peaceful and tranquil even. I love that the units are surrounded by trees which gives it a added nature feel even though we are in the city and it is centrally located near all of the stores, highways and things that matter. Working remotely from home I don't have a chance to get into the office as much as I would like but the in office staff is a pleasure and Ricci is a pleasure to work with as is everyone else. I find that management all across the board are considerate and compassionate which makes a world of difference. The madeleine staff to me is a community of people that remind you your not alone. Keep in mind that every person will not have the best experience because it is grounded in the person and what they are giving out as to what they will in turn get back. As for me and mine we are thankful that until I make the moves for a home of our own to own The Madeleine is the place that we call home. Much love Taryn

Was showed an A3 upgraded unit. Applied for a classic A3 unit. Filled out the application, confirmed the floor plan with the leasing consultant, and WAS GIVEN an apartment number. Gave them my move in date, waited for application to be approved. Received an email from the leasing consultant stating that they could not hold the apartment for that long and I would need to move my move in date, I agreed. Then my only option was the choose a smaller unit, with out washer dryer connections (A1/2) went back to tour an A2, and it was a disaster. Unit 201, first off, a Mile walk to the dog park. Secondly huge concrete steps out front that I nearly tripped on. Ok it gets better! The door for 201, HAS BEEN KICKED IN! The door has cracks and looks like a footprint on it. No wall bookshelf, no washer dryer connection, dingy dirty carpet, kitchen I can’t even turn around in, the apartment was an odd rectangle shape, and then the best part…. A singular stair, step in the middle of the living room. Just like chillin. No room for a dining room, the bedroom could fit a full bed AT MOST.
I lived here years ago when it was still older and ran by a different company but I loved it. I had the loft floor plan and it was great. Great location close to everything but quiet and lots of trees everywhere. Everything was old and a little run down but staff was friendly and the property was nice. It’s great to see all of the new upgrades that have been made. I would love to live here again with my family. I would totally recommend this property to anyone who loves to be close to everything but still far enough away that you don’t feel like your on top of everything.

This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. The management team is unorganized, rude and just bad in general. Do not move here. It takes almost a month to get work orders done. I have been trying to get my bath tub resurfaced since December with no luck. I've gone without hot water for a week at one point. When I asked why it takes so long to complete work orders I was told there were 100 orders in and only 3 maintenance workers . Communication is terrible unless there is something that they need. They give no updates on when work orders will be completed other than an automated message that says they will try to finish your order same day which never happens. Unless you are in a situation where you need a second chance, I do not recommend anyone living here.

So I moved here from San Diego, didn't fly out to Texas to see the place. Looked cute online... get here and everything looks sloppy, the bathrooms were not upgraded as in the photos, crooked cabinet door, dirty blinds, vents, floors, countertops, algae on the patio etc... and the neighbors are loud and obnoxious blasting music as they drive through the neighborhood and in their units. So dont move here if you enjoy the quiet. Trying to make this place work, because I'm an idiot and signed a year long lease but I regret moving here. Oh and everytime it rains a huge puddle forms in front of my unit. So yeah, not having a good experience. Maintenance requests take to long to be fulfilled, although the maintenance guy is super nice but I think they're understaffed.

New management is lazy and rude very disgusting attitudes..... don’t even waste your time with these apartments. The water is also cut off every week for a full day with only a 10 minute advance notice

Our staff is very diligent when it comes to resident care who follow community policies so to know that you had a bad experience is surprising to us. We truly do care about our residents and will do what we can to assist. As far as the water issue we have had 7 major line breaks which resulted in an emergency shut down. We did send an email blast out letting everyone know and apoligizes for the incovneneience. in which we send out email blast. We will also look into the water issue and respond accordingly. I haven’t seen the apartments physically I’ve heard they are nice .. however my phone call experience with devin was amazing she gave me plenty of information was very professional, I am moving from nyc to Texas and she’s made my process as comforting as she possibly could. I called up there to inquire about a 1 bedroom and the lady was EXTREMELY rude and pushy. I had just spoke with them the previous day and they told me they had a 1 bedroom coming available in a week. I called the next day to find out how to hold that same apartment and the quote had increased by $200 a month and then she started having an attitude with me when I asked questions. Sounds like this employee needs to go to some customer service classes. They should be more honest with their pricing and availability.
