My experience here, while not being perfect because nothing is, has been excellent. The staff is friendly, understanding, and works hard to accommodate their residents. Maintenance issues are handled promptly and thoroughly. Great place to be!

I have found my home. The staff are all top notch. I'm an older resident and the staff is always so helpful and understanding of my not knowing new technology. the maintenance team are the best things are handled in a timely manner and the community is kept clean. I love living here.

Building, units and surrounding area are kept clean and manicured except for the pond. That needs repair to function as designed. Front office help and maintenance are very helpful and friendly.

The Lyric has very new and attractive units and I love the carpeted hallways. The residents and dogs all seem friendly and the staff is always willing to help when they can. The amenities are also very nice and clean. Getting in and out of the complex is also very approachable and is located a good central location without feeling like you're downtown.

The Lyric has been the absolute perfect home for me. The apartments and surroundings are beautiful, it's extremely secure, very peaceful. I'm able to park in the garage,Everyone is so nice, and the management team is very professional. I'm definitely renewing my lease!

This community has given me the absolute BEST experience with renting!! Anytime I have had an issue or needed the maintenance team they are always right on it and get it done THAT DAY!!! Also the management team here is AMAZING! Marisol and Corbyn have helped me many times during my lease and even after my lease ended. They’ve always been able to answer questions or give guidance when needed!! I could not have asked for a better leasing team to take care of me and the community. I recently have moved out…which I am regretting now lol, but now that I’ve received my move out statement I’m even more sold on the community, the integrity from team members and appreciation for residents is absolutely clear! 110% recommend living here and sad to be leaving! So thank you again to Marisol and Corbyn for your sincere help and kindness during my stay!! :) I’m already considering coming back!!

I just moved in a couple of weeks ago, and I love living at the Lyric! The apartment buildings themselves are very nice, and they host a lot of fun events to get to know your neighbors. The front office staff are all incredible, friendly, and easy to work with. Corbyn and Marisol have both been especially helpful and awesome. I haven't had any maintenance issues yet, but I've heard from my neighbors that the maintenance team is also incredible, fast, and good at their jobs.

I've lived her for almost seven months now, and have experienced nothing but friendly and courteous treatment by all staff and maintenance personnel. We have ample notice of community gatherings to give us the opportunity to meet other residents and socialize if we so choose. Their rules on having pets are as far as I have observed are adhered to by all the residents. I will definitely recommend The Lyric at Keller Center Stage as a wonderful place to live when I have the opportunity.

I personaly enjoy living here at the Lyric. I feel good about the area and the complex as a whole. I enjoy usint the exercise facility. I also enjoy the convenience of being able to park my vehicle in a garage for protection and additional security for my tools etc.

The Lyric at Keller Center Stage is not a comfortable place to live. I am very concerned about the safety of units. I had very obvious mold that took over my apartment, as did my downstairs neighbor. My former unit was listed as being available for another rental as of 09/21/2024. This was only 12 days after my exit. I hope that management resolved the mold issue. Mold is dangerous.

I just moved here and have not had any problems. I do wish there was more parking near my building, for I get home late and don’t feel comfortable walking far late at night. Hopefully they’ll make more parking in the future.

I am very pleased with the unit I live in at the Lyric, I have had no issues that havent been addressed in a timely manner. Everyone I have encountered is very profesional and curtious. I would recomend this location to anyone. In fact my girlfriend was here for the first time last weekend and she loved it.

The complex is a very comfortable place. The hallways are always very clean. The apartment layout is a perfect fit for me. The three big standouts for me are the spacious laundry room, shower, and mud room at front door. I also am very happy to have a trash chute on the third floor. The staff has been amazing to work with during the move in process.

I've only lived here for approximately six weeks, and the entire experience so far has been nothing less than stellar. The agents are so kind and professional and prompt. They are willing to go the extra mile for Tennants here. The property itself is beautiful. It's so quiet and peaceful. The neighbors are wonderful! I cannot emphasize that enough. my apartment is absolutely beautiful and I'm looking forward to the spring when the courtyard is in full bloom.
